Easy access to everything, easy check in. Good breakfast. Great historical location and modern/comfortable amenities.

Excellent location in the old town with elevator and parking available next to the hotel. There is no one at the reception and you use a code to enter the building. Good breakfast.

Perfectly located, historic center and right next to a huge parking lot. New rooms, very well organized, loved the keyless everything and self check in. The coffee machine, the water, the jacuzzi, the kitchen, the tv, all are excellent touches, just perfect for us.

The two bedroom suite is a bit awkward as to get to the the parents bedroom (two beds) you have to walk through the kids bedroom. There is no way to remedy it really, just a minor disadvantage.

Everything was perfect: location, staff, apartment, breakfast.

The room was very comfortable, it had everything we needed. And very very clean. The location was perfect. There was no one in the reception, we got a code and got to the hotel and the room ourselves. We liked that. And the breakfast was just amazing, what a selection. We did not expect that. We highly recommend this hotel.

Cozy rooms, quiet and great location. Breakfast service was also very nice.

There only being 3 free parking places was a bit unnerving at times, but this was a minor issue

Lovely small apartment right in the center of town. There was a place to store our bicycles. Staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

We had an issue with the lock on our door, which was code activated. The door didn’t lock when we tried to leave, then we called the hotel to ask about this. We were told the hotel were aware of the issue, but they put us in the room anyway and didn’t inform us, but rather left us to discover the faulty lock. This is particularly poor given that the reception is unmanned and therefore we could not be confident about the security of the room.We were told that the lock “might” be fixed but not for definite and were offered no alternative room, apology or refund.Later the lock was fixed, otherwise we would give a lower rating to what is otherwise a pleasant and well located hotel.

There is not a person at the front desk later in the day and night. We had kids running around at 10:00 PM making a lot of noise. I believe if there was a manager on the premises it would not have happened.

A little bit tricky around free parking. You need to be prepared to park in a paid zone nearby however prices are affordable.

The room was well distributed, with an AC that keeps it cool without being directly on the bed. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The location is great, barely a few minutes away from the market Square. The hotel is rather soundproof, we didn't hear a peep from the construction next door.

The tap water has a taste and slight smell of sulfur. Poland and very warm duvets, name a more iconic duo.The shower looked slightly dirty because of the unpure water, and had a spider.

The breakfast was great. It had an excellent selection of salads and other more traditional breakfast dishes. The room was spotless and well-designed. The shower stall was spacious, and the whole bathroom was modern and practical. The beds were comfortable, with a selection of pillows. A safe in the room is large enough for a laptop. Check-in and check-out were convenient without any contact with a person (just codes for the entry door and the room). The hotel has an outstanding location on the edge of the old city. It is an easy walk to the central city square (Rynek) with equally easy access to the green belt of parks around the old city fortress.

There are only three free parking spots. But there is inexpensive city parking next door. Other than this, no complaints.

I wish I didn’t get the attic, but a normal room with a window. Other than that - everything was fantastic.

The room was a good size for two people. Although my friend's room next door was smaller. I would have been disappointed if I had been in that room. My room was very clean with a nice bathroom. Good breakfast selection. Great location within walking distance of everything. Brilliant iron and spare loo rolls kept in a room nearby.

Tea, milk, and coffee were not replenished after the first day. No biscuits.

Nice and quiet hotel and lots of optiona for breakfast.

Pancakes were not fluffy. No view at all from my room (small weird window).

The hotel was in a great position for daily shopping, a church, and a corner bar. The staff were helpful, smiley, and friendly, but a languae barrier made it difficult to cinverse if we needed information - even though they and us really tried! It is a pleasant and clean hotel . The only downside was that the room we had was very small and the problem was how difficult it was to get in and out of the bed on the window side because it was so near the wall and couldn't be pushed away because of headboard panelling. We both have mobility problems, so this was difficult and sometimes dangerous for us because of balance and because the window opens out towards that side of the room. Having said this, we stayed with a group and all the other rooms were so much bigger and roomy ompared to ours. We would stay again but ask for a bigger room.
