Hotel Renesans

Hotel is updated, very clean and room amenities are very good.

No elevator

Breakfast was excellent with big selection so everyone could be satisfied. Location is perfect for walk around old town. Everything is very clean and in order.

Hotel exterior looks renovated not too long ago, but inside seems to have its years.

Location in old city

The hotel room was very simple.Breafast was realy poor Wifi connection was very low.

The location is very good.The room we got was big with a sofa in a separate attached room.Possible free parking on the street (as long as you keep at the side of the hotel)

No elevator which should be presented ...(but stairs are comfortable).A bit tricky to reach with the car (at least with the navigation system I was using)

OK hotel two blocks away from the main city square. nice, but showing its age. two small rooms, which is nice, but not too comfy beds, ample but not too exciting breakfast. OK for the price, but nothing to remember.

breakfast - it is not enough to give a lot of stuff, it should also be good. Better beds would help too.

Excellent location was the only thing I liked

My room was not renovated, unlike many other rooms in the hotel. so needs renovation. Also, it was a noisy side facing the road, so I couldn't sleep with opened windows and had to close them despite it was hot inside. Breakfast was also waste of money.

Great location, comfy bed, nice breakfast

I like that the room was spacious. It was clean. The front desk reception was very nice and friendly.

It nothing I didn’t like. Maybe it could be more parking. But otherwise nothing else.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Pets welcome for minimal extra charge. On-site free parking. Generous breakfast buffet. Basic but comfortable rooms. Fantastic value for money.

No aircon.

The locatin inside the UNESCO World heritage city was excellent. Rooms were great and the breakfast overwhelming.

The juice machine did not work the first morning, but juice was brought in jars very quickly. Elevator would have been nice, but we managed

Zamosc is a historic city with a beautiful old town - and the hotel is right in it, just a few minutes walk from the central square. So the location is very nice, the staff are pleasant and the rooms are large and comfy. A decent choice for breakfast, although the coffee was pretty weak.

This is a modern hotel, without the charm you might hope for in a city like Zamosc. But the location is great.

Perfect location, just a few steps from Market Square. Clean and quiet. Nice and helpful staff. Parking places next to the hotel.

I had a very good stay at Hotel Renesans. The only problem for me was the WiFi. It was not up to my professional requirements. Nevertheless I would recommend the hotel. Location is very good.

Excellent hotel with pleasant service! Located in the very center of the city, it has free parking for guests. The lady at the reception was very kind. The room is clean, has air conditioning, a TV, a set for making tea and coffee. The buffet breakfast is quite varied. The bathroom has soap, shower gel and a hairdryer. I recommend the hotel for a stay during a visit to the cozy town of Zamość

Since the hotel is located next to the main square, at night people walked under the windows and sang songs loudly

It was a nice location close to the Hrebenne border. Breakfast was good.

very outdated rooms

I stopped in for an overnight stay and rest. The first impression was not very good, as I checked in at 12 am and there was a restaurant under the room, in which music played loudly. I asked the receptionist about the opening hours of the restaurant, in order to understand if I could sleep normally. The girl at the reception was very friendly and quickly found me another room, which turned out to be even larger in size and more expensive in price. I was ready to pay extra, but she refused. After such an attitude, I would have closed my eyes to any shortcomings of the hotel, but there were none. I will definitely stay there if I pass through the city again.
