The hotel was overbooked for the second night of our stay and we were moved to a different hotel

View from window. Close to the downtown. Good breakfast. Nice service.

A little bit old staff in the room (carpets, furniture). No internet in the room.

Place is marvellous it is almost in the town square. Apartment was bigger than I was suspected with two restrooms.

I my opinion this hotel don't look like four star hotel comparing to other four stars hotels in the Poland. One bed was uncomfortable. Parking is in street (free for hotel quest).

Perfect location, great cost-efficiency

The rooms are located in circles, and we had to travel a lot to find our room. Lately, it appeared we could go in opposite direction. The reception is not really nice. Room we got looked 1 level worse that the one we booked.

Rude staff, not to my expectations.Spa on website offered massage for couples, couldn’t get one with my partner as the lady said her mate is on holiday which we haven’t been informed at the arrival that the activities might differ to website… shower broken.They should check the room before the guests arrived.Got offered other room at midnight for disabled people but it’s not what I paid for.Very poor service won’t be coming back.All your neighbours can hear you talking or having a laugh as the door had massive gaps.

Unfortunately this hotel has been run down. The rooms are drab, the carpets are worn and smelled. The communal areas have electrical sockets hanging off the wall and the hotel needs renovations.

Upon booking in on a Friday was given wrong room and told breakfast on Sunday had to be before a certain time.Asked for safety deposit box and was told they don’t do them anymore since new management took over,despite being advertised on Booking. com and other websitesCreaky double bed with two single duvets.In a four night stay room not cleaned once, requested clean but had to collect themExposed lighting and power points, fire extinguisher missing from station, broken AC control.Broken / leaking shower that took two days to replace but only after we insisted

Overall, this hotel has a nice atmosphere, a great location, and friendly staff. The bar and restaurant are also very cozy. It is definitely the nicest hotel in Zamosc and you feel that way when you stay there.

I had my wedding at this hotel before the pandemic and I am sad to see how the quality has decreased. It isn't terrible, but there were some basic things that should have been fixed. For example, the room left a lot to be desired. Starting with the bathroom, shower door did not close properly and the shower head bracket was broken, so I could not take a hands-free shower. The sheets and pillow cases on the bed were not entirely clean and neither were the drinking glasses. Beyond the room, I really wish that the hotel kitchen offered some vegan options. I mean, it is 2023 and there isn't a single vegan option on the menu.

Staff is very kind and the breakfast is very good, it is very well located in the centre of old town.

A poor quality hotel that needs improvements, there are better hotels in this area. I do not recommend. Employees had no energy or enthusiasm.

Breakfast was a great buffet. Pretty much anything you would expect at a Polish / American breakfast was available. Eggs, sausages, cheese, salad, cereal , coffee, tea, juices, bread and butter.

Staff is wonderful. Location is awesome. Room is perfect. Bathroom was wonderful. Just the beds were uncomfortable. The mattress was too soft and non-supportive. It was like I was laying in a padded shallow bathtub. Not comfortable at all. Other then that, perfect stay.

A classic hotel right at around the corner of the main square of UNESCO World Heritage of Zamosc. Everything you want to see is on short walking distance. The breakfast is excellent (!) and apart from not having lactose-free, gluten-free and milk-free options on display (they might be available if asked though) fully up to Scandinavian standards. Off-season the staff asks you if you want to add eggs (what form) or sausages to your meal, so no food is wasted.

Although clean the staff did forget to wipe e.g. the shower head and taps one more time with a cloth to take away the residue of dried drops. The doors of the shower cabin are somewhat difficult to close (old) and the shower head really needs replacement or a proper de-calcification. The toilet needs to be replaced too: clean, but light brown wear and tear edges and a flush button that has been battered by time and is not nice to use. The name Spa in the hotel name is misleading, as nothing of this kind was offered or clearly available during our visit. With a few easy fixes my overall rating for Hotel Zamojski would be quickly up at 8 or higher. Then again the price of about EUR 40 for a double room was really a great price.

The location of the hotel was ideal, in the city center, with restaurant in proximity. The room was very big, like an Appartement ( with saloon and 2 toilets ).

I didn't like the fact that there was 2 individual blankets for us besides of one big for two, not adapted with a two sides bed.

Great location, right by the old town Square. Clean room and very comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend staying there.
