Hotel Platinum Hrubieszów

Amazing for priceGreat breakfast.Nice room

Overused matress - squeaking

Not far from the border, breakfast is included, very clean and quite comfortable. There is a free parking space too.

The price is quite high, but it's lower than other options in the area, so I'm not complaining.

Very clean room. good bed linen, heated floor in the bathroom

The hotel has poor soundproofing. In the evening it is very noisy from the restaurant on the first floor

We spent the night here on the way to cross border. Hotel is good, has parking, wifi, comfortable beds, 24 hour reception. We left early and take-away breakfast was prepared for us.

All was good

The rooms are clean & comfortable. The bathroom was nice & big. The staff is very friendly and the parking was FREE. The location is not so central, but everything is close- within a few minutes in the car. The standout was the hotel restaurant. The food was really good & the portions were huge! PLUS the free breakfast was a nice bonus.

It's not very quiet. House keeping starts cleaning rooms very early in the morning. On Sunday morning, it was around 8:00 in the morning. Also- there are quite a lot of rooms in the hotel- however the parking lot is not that big- It might be a good idea to check with the front desk if there will be room for you to park.

We really liked that the hotel was close to the border. Clean, lots of space. Very nice variety for breakfast. Free parking available on site.

Over all good value for money neath and tidy. Rooms with air-conditioning. Nice view from the window.

Very badly indicated on the access road. Went first into a neighbouring company yard and have to turn around. Although there are signs inside the room "Do not disturb / Please tidy the room ". Whenever we put it out the room was never tidied. So what's the purpose of those signs???The main light in the room wasn't operating and had a hole in its cover. There was also power socket installed in the wall just behind my head when I was laying in the bad with the table lamp cable connected to it.???Breakfast was very good and included although the freshness of cooked meat was questionable.

Passable

No AC in the rooms even though it was included in the description of the rooms. So staying and sleeping in the rooms was stuffy and hot with +30C outside.

24/7 check in

Staff is terrible, super unfriendly. Hanged up on the phone with me 3 times for no reason. No Wifi in the rooms.Try to avoid if possible

Decent breakfast, late check-in available. There are parking spaces.

Rooms are better on the photos. But still ok. I would gladly share my opinion on the restaurant, but it was close by the late hour of my arrival (23:00+)

Location, price and cleanness.

None of personal spoke English (or other language). Only Polish.

Clean room, polite personnel, wonderful breakfast

Nice food, very clean room and bathroom. Value for money!

Location is a bit far from shopping area or center. But no problem for traveller one-night stay.

Nice quiet place, tasty breakfast, big parking area, 24/7 check in desk.

Clean room, quite good breakfast, tasty food at the restaurant

Single beds, staff didint speak english, noise from the kitchen (?) since early morning

Good room, very clean and great staff. We checked out very early and they prepared good breakfast and coffee for us for to go.

It was a little noisy from out neighbour

Very good breakfast. We ordered pizza and salad on arrival - both were very big.

GPS coordinates on a booking (or google maps?) are pointed to the nearby fire station. Hotel is right behind it. We were deadly tired and for us it become a problem, because we didn't figure out this initially and were already riding away but caught bigboard with hotel name.

great 24/7 check-in. We came across the border and it always is unknown time when you arrive. Hotel kindly invited us, and check in was smooth. Very clean. All necessities are in hand. Breakfast has good choices. Perfect stop for tired travellers.

No english spoken by staff - but helpfulness and online translator made it! All the rest - no complaints!

Dinner taken at the hotel restaurant was good, but waiting time for the waitress - unacceptable (20+mins)

Hotel was extremely noisy. It was hotel staff (kitchen?) who was producing noices up to midnight+ and starting from 7AM. Maybe I got a room from the bed side of the hotel, but anyway - this was unacceptable. Breakfast - really poor choice, and if you didnt get up early enough you got only what was left by others...I definitely wont choose this property for my next stay in Hrubieszów

The service wasn't good enough and we were in room with 3 beds 4 people(2 adult and 2 kids) and didn't get extra pillow and blanket
