Good price. Safe parking area. Helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Good restaurant.

No electric outlet in room to charge phone or anything else. The only outlet was in the bathroom. Very slippery shower floor. Poorly lit room. Nowhere to put clothing in bathroom while showering.

We travel from Ukraine to Warsaw often and have stayed here multiple times, always great staff, service n breakfast.

Always stay here in my way to Warsaw. Great stay! Staff are always too notch! Rooms are clean n comfy. Breakfast is super everytime!

Location is perfect on the way from Warsaw to Kyiv. Food is excellent, including breakfast. There is good wine as well.

Have stayed multiple times, always our go to when traveling to Warsaw for flights to the USA. Great place, staff, rooms n breakfast.

My wife and I are missionaries in Ukraine. Any time we fly back to the states, we currently fly out from Warsaw Poland. Gniecki is just across the border and makes for a great stop off on our way. We have stayed here several times and it is always our " go to" when making these trips. the staff, accomodations are always great, and the breakfast is over the top.

Best hotel in this location. Good staff, food is excellent, hospitality. Definitely recommend the hotel.

My room was a bit overpriced and not that good as other rooms in hotel. But I stayed in other rooms in the past and they have really nice rooms in the hotel .

Facility itself is good, comfortable, not much more to wish in this location (small town).

Booked at 8pm, and had few hours to go to get to location, got a call that they work until 11pm. However that gave me video instruction on how to get into the room.But the worst part is that this was my second stay here, and during the first one I did forget my fav knit cap (beanie) and it was found according to staff, but it was never sent to location within Poland that I asked to (from my experience this is what most hotels would do for a client). And, unfortunately, I did not get it back this time, assume they somehow misplaced it

Breakfast was good, clean room and the location are nice, everything else was unacceptable.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel on Fridays and Saturdays when local people are partying till late night. The whole building is shaking from noise and jumping. It is a pity the management doesn't care about the comfort of guests. They said that there was some conference of local people. People do not get super drunk and loud on conferences and they don't jump and dance till 3am at night. Also, guests who pay for the room do not have parking available and are asked to park across the street, however people from the "conference" take all the spots. Very bad customer service and not a place to rest.

Stayed at this hotel many times. Unchanged. Everything, as always, is very good! Cozy apartments, dinner in a restaurant, delicious breakfast.

Location. Handy for station and short walk from town centre. Room largely OK. Air conditioning very welcome on a day when outside temperature was around 3OC. Was given a breakfast takeaway bag as left early. Excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Bed cover was a bit worn but otherwise room OK.

My family wife and kids were rejected to pass the custom. Hotel doesn't respond to my friendly ask about refund, at least some part of it to make it win win
