Hotel Capitol

The hotel is perfectly located for the town centre but having been now on several occasions, it is the warm welcome from the staff that is the jewel in the crown. Without exception, from checking in to checking out, the staff are friendly, helpful and always courteous and the food in the restaurant (both breakfast and evening meals) are most enjoyable.

For me, this hotel is perfect and I couldn't find any faults.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough. This time travelling with elderly mum and we received such a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I simply can't praise them enough; nothing was too much trouble. From reception to house-keeping and in the restaurant, they were first-class and most definitely the jewel in Hotel Capitol's Crown. Given that we don't speak any Polish, apart from good morning and thank you, the staff were absolutely brilliant and most helpful with anything we asked for. The breakfast and evening meal were exceptional and in all honesty, this hotel would always be my first choice when visiting Biala Podlaska.

Only a personal preference but more firmer pillows.

We stayed in the apartment. The bed was soo comfortable, great and clean air con, tasty breakfast. Fantastic place to stay and staff absolutely amazing and very helpful .

good breakfast, centrally located but very quiet surroundings, great staff and nice on site restaurant. small hotel but with good modern elevator - no hassle with luggage

ventilation much to be desired - master bed in the elevated recess has no access to light and rather stuffy even with aircon fully on

Given that we don't speak the native language of Polish, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and included in the price and the location of the hotel was very close to the town, which was very useful given that our stay was during the winter.

Good value for money. Was clean, staff friendly and did well to try and communicate with us in English.

Just that the room was not made up no fresh towels was main issue as were wet from the day before.

TV with cable channels. Very tasty and hearty breakfast. Good restaurant in the hotel.

The bed was too soft for me.

Actually everything, stuff, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, to be honest I have expected less from the 3 stars hotel in Biala Podlaska

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to the castle. It was about ˜12 min walking distance to the Belarussian embassy and ˜30 min walking distance from the train station. The room was very clean and what is more important - not smelling of cigarettes. Breakfast was simple but tasty

Lovely, helpful staff. Clean and quiet, well-furnished room.

Great blackout curtains and comfortable beds. I really had a good sleep.

The shower cabin is extremely small. The glasses for toothbrushes are on the wall right under the hand towel hooks. So the towels were covering the toothbrushes.

High standard, very clean, very nice staff, fantastic breakfast

AC was very weak and old - it took a long time to cool down the room. It should have been turned on a few hours before we checked in (and we only did at 11pm so there was plenty of time)

It was a bit cold in the room
