Great staff, comfortable and clean room.

There was nothing I did not like.

Perfect location for Zalew Borki parkrun, which is a 5 min walk away. It was clean and reasonably priced. Staff made us feel welcome.

Nothing I can think of

Breakfast was good. We liked the location very mach. It was very relaxed, few steps from the public lake. As we stayed for one night only to our way to Slovakia, we enjoyed Hotel's Restaurant in the evening as well. Free parking, enough space.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. The only problem was that receptionist had poor english.

Rooms okay

Arrived late, everything locked up had to call. Member of staff did not turn any lights on so had to use the torch. We didn’t know where to go and when we went to ask he had disappeared. Finally he came to open the lift which did not feel safe. Sockets in rooms falling off, safety hazard

really very good breakfast for a 3 star hotel, nice location with parking, close to the lake, good range of dishes for dinner.

the wiring in the room was dangerous, the sockets were falling out, the same in the corridor

Passable

very thin walls, you can hear everything in the neighbour rooms, did not sleep well.

Sauna

The party in next room didn’t let us sleep all night. Quiet hours were not respected and hotel staff didn’t do anything about it. Not recommend staying in this hotel.

Good free parking, late check inn, perfect breakfast and good prices at the restaurant. everything you need for a one-night stay.

Great location of the hotel, near the lake and not far from city centre. Breakfast was great and also other meals during daytime were good and affordable. I recommend.

I found this very nice for a 3* hotel and at this price. The receptionist was very friendly and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good quality. Grat parking and the area looked very nice.

Some areas could use a bit more lighting - I took the steps down from the reception to use the toilet there and I couldn't see the last steps.

Perfect quiet hotel for bussines trip. food great... real coffe in the morning

I come to Poland at least once every two months and really enjoy being in this hotel, it's cozy, comfortable and has a good restaurant

The beds require repair, the backrests barely hold.
