Hilton Garden Inn Radom

A great hotel, new, clean and with a great view to the Church. I liked the water dispensers on each floor was a great addition to the hotel. Will come again!

The location is ideal especially regarding walking to shops and restaurants. The food, especially dinner, was fantastic and beyond my best expectations.

The parking is confusing since the front of the hotel was closed off to parking. Is there only street parking? It would be helpful to have signs suggesting parking areas.

Highly recommend for anyone, and especially for those traveling from Lithuania or Latvia towards Zakopane. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, comfy beds. Plenty of space in the room. Good for families, couples and solo travellers.

evening receptionist can be more friendly, especially when we asking about breakfast timing, instead of asking us to refer to paper notes, can do better by mentioning the timing

Excellent new modern hotel that easily beats anything else available in Radom. Lovely rooms, superb bathrooms. Excellent location in the centre of town.

Downstairs bar area could be larger and slightly more comfortable.

Great hotel in the heart of Radom. Huge room with a sofa, big bathroom, new fluffy towels, fridge and kettle in the room. Spacious restaurant and decent food selection for breakfast. Small gym available for free with few machines in, managed to use it twice over Xmas stay.

Can't open the windows so the room was on the warm side even on the lowest temperature setting. No shelves but lots of hangers, no issue with storage really. Breakfast menu not changing much from day to day so over 5 days it got a bit boring. No staircase to walk down 1 floor, only emergency one so we managed to lock ourselves out on day 1...

The Hilton is a new hotel and Radom, and was very clean and pleasant to stay in. Rooms are spacious and the hotel rooms were quiet. The bathroom was nice with good lighting. Hotel staff were helpful. I also liked the gym and used it a couple times. I found the temperature easy to adjust, which was great as I often find hotel rooms hit at night.

The maximum hot temperature in the shower wasn’t as hot as I would have expected, but still acceptable.

The best hotel of Radom, very quiet, in the city center.

The location for visiting Radom is great. staff very accommodating, room lovely as always and great service in the bar. The king sized bed is very comfortable, the shower lovely and beautiful lighting

Lovely modern hotel with very spacious room and great well-lit bathroom with walk in shower. Excellent location in the centre of Radom and easy to access underground car park. Restaurant food was excellent. Limited English speaking channels available on TV.

Bed mattress was too hard for us. Restaurant had a cold feeling to it, as did the lobby area. Heating needs improvement in these areas. The restaurant is also much too brightly lit and most of the seats are uncomfortable.

the pathway light, it should be brighter, i understand that sensor light is there, but it should be brighter or may be some of the light should on all time

The breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable with cozy beds. The underground parking is a great bonus.

There was a lot of noise outside with people shouting and laughing. On top of that, the window handle in our room was gone, so we couldn’t close the window properly. It was hard to fall asleep.

Great location , friendly and helpful staff , rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

It’s new hotel, smells fresh and has very high cleaning standard. Well organised with clear signs to fine your room. Great spacious rooms and well designed with lots of natural light to make you feel relaxed.

Nothing, it was great

The hotel is pretty new, all the facilities are new, nice and clean.The breakfast selection is mediocre.

I was charged twice (1st at check-in and 2nd at check-out, because the receptionist told me the 1st one failed) and ask for hotel's assistance, but it has been over two weeks and no one get in touched with me to help solve this issue. Already wrote emails, through chat room on booking.com, and also Hilton's customer service. It hasn't been solved yet, and all the receptionists seemed pretty new and unfamiliar with their system.

Amazing new addition to the Radom hotel scene. Brand new rooms with excellent facilities such as a fridge/coffee and tea making facilities and fast wifi. Good airconditioning both in rooms and central areas during the warm Polish summers. Location is right in the center of Radom. Shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. We asked for a late check out and this was granted at no extra cost. Excellent service. Friendly reception and bar staff. We did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant but the options looked appetising and reasonable priced. Nice coffee served at hotel bar. Would highly recommend when staying in the Radom area.

Very nice hotel, welcoming staff, great restaurant, delicious food ! Breakfast was great. Really clean rooms,cozy bed. We really enjoyed in here.
