- -The staff speaks neither einglish nor german. It's 2025 for God's sake! -No hot water in the bathroom but luke warm! -No heating in the room!!! -Too simple buffet breakfast -Reception closed after 8pm and no way of contacting anyone in case of a problem (e.g. no heating) -The restaurant's kitchen open until 7-7:30pm but only 3 meals you could order for dinner (after using Google translate for 15 min). -The wellness area is a catfish, it closes at 9pm but all the lights were out at 8pm, the swimming pool was cold, whirlpool was closed and only one sauna was working which you would need to pay extra for at the check-out if you used it. -It is located too far away from the highway and the road is not very pleasant if you get car sickness easily.
