Very clean, good location, food is amazing.

The bed was making noise so I couldn’t sleep all night. I’m talking for the room 122.

I stayed here for the 3rd time. Good as always

Rooms at the last floor (mansarde) not very comfy despite not being too tall

The staff were extremely kind and friendly, which made the stay very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the bed was really uncomfortable – it squeaked loudly like a ship with every small movement, and we couldn’t sleep at all during the night. I hope this issue will be fixed for future guests.

The staff now cooperative,noisy, bed are not comfortable, the alarm system run without any reason

BAD hotel

Location, easy accessible for transit, confortable beds, good breakfast

Close to the center.

Our room was in the attic. I was afraid I might hit my head when getting up from the bed, as the slanted ceiling was not mentioned in advance. It was also very noisy in the evening due to several nearby events. It needs to be added that the breakfast was amazing.

The small wellness was nice, the breakfast was great, especially the real orange juice. Location close to shopping center.

The air conditioning wasn't really working, it was blowing air, but not very cool and it was the only hot day in May.

Breakfast, good service, helped us to accommodate to store our bikes.

I’m very clean large spacious room. Location is great and they have free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Bed mattresses not for 4 star hotel rather students campus and the pillows they look from second world war just not suitable for a four-star hotel also. The toilet bowl is so high that if you are 1.7m you barely touch your ground with your feet. The bathtub is high, so be careful when you come down. You might break something if you’re not careful.

Breakfast is super cool and tasty, with big selection of stuff.

Internet was a bit slow in the room because of the poor signal.

Arrived after 00:00 and spent like 15 min in front of the hotel till somebody opened the door. Beds weren't comfortable at all.

jacuzzi was a bit dirty, maybe it needs a deep cleaning but that's it

There are no restaurant in facility, or nearby. I've asked for the quite room, but all night significant noice from some pump or plumbing installation. Some part fold down in shower cabin.

The flat was decent size ! Was equipped with cutlery, pots, plates! Comfortable beds and pillows! Lovely swimming pool! Free coffee, milk.Free WiFi and good Internet connection .. Reception staff was lovely and speaking English well.

I would have rated 10 if the jacuzzi would work!We were advised is working .The light bulbs in one of the room didn't work.Also the jacuzzi needs a deep cleaning! Inside of it in the area were water is being filtered accumulation. Of dirt and debris can be spotted.Included Breakfasts food was not looking great !!! Was not diverse either! We would not return at this hotel. Restaurant staff speaking only in Hungarian ! They would not understand us!

Cleaning staff is walking in without nok on the door, reception is always doing something more important comparing to clients and rokms do not look a bit like in photo.

Clean and easy access to the store or public transportation.

The air conditioning is not cold even if you set into cool, I'm sweating. I ended to open the window. I was stunned even though the passing cars outside were noisy.

Breakfast it was good. Room it was generous. The clean in the room it was ok, can be better. We was in transit and the hotel exactly what I was needed.

In the bathroom from shower water leached and it was needed to I use foot towel to remove the water from the bathroom floor.
