The location is great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. You're also offered a complimentary drink when you check-in and there's free cookies and breakfast, which was awesome! The room is spacious and was very clean.

A hotel in the centre of Gyor has parking for €4 a day. But it's only two minutes from the hotel, just round the corner. There's even a bar at night. There's an outdoor space on the top floor that's very quiet and smokers can go outside and sit with their coffee or tea. Very good

When we asked for a double bed, they had to add a mattress topper. And I think they could do better with that, because it's annoying when the mattresses are close together because it's not comfortable to feel the connection. But only as an improvement (but nothing bad to point out) reco

The entrance to the hotel should be signposted better, we wandered around a bit until we found the entrance.

We loved our stay and attention and quality was outstanding. Inkredible lokation and interior, food was delicious, and price is very good for the quality. We loved it and will visit again when we get a chance.City parking is available nearby, very cheep and convinient.

Breakfast is not so generous, you have to order from a couple of hot dishes and a few options of vegetables and some youghourts.For a 4 stars hotel I would expect a full bufet breakfast with a more various options.

Hotel got no parking what they mean by parking is Public parking close by, but if near weekend or during day it’s always full and you have no chance in summer months at all.Hotel not got car charger, even though advertises it, what they mean is car charger is in the public car park which is always full and you won’t get to charger at all, you can’t drive near the hotel it’s all pedestrianised.I spoke to them on phone because nowhere to park or even get near hotel, I ask them to cancel my room and I find an alternative, but they told me that’s ok but they would still charge my credit card the full room rate even if I did not stay! And even though they advertise what they not got!Eventually parked in neighbouring street, but car could not get car electrically charged, meaning problems next dayHad suite in hotel, check in lady helpful and pleasant but room very dated, air con unit directly above bed, so thats not good, shower over bath is ok if your not taller then 5ft, I did not bother with breakfast in fact had to leave hotel early hours to go and find car charger and get on my way…Hotel is directly on pedestrian walkway so weekends noisy to very early hours and difficult to get to sleep with so much noise

The hotel is, in general, very good. But, my point is that I have to commend the kindness and interest shown by the receptionist on duty in trying to resolve a problem that was my responsibility (losing my car keys) during my stay. Her care and diligence were exceptional!

The hotel is in a small nice building right in the pedestral center. It is very clean, with nice touches and attentive staff.

150 euro for one night felt like a rather high price for a nice, but pretty basic experience.

The room, the staff and the location make this a great place to stay. There is no traffic noise as the hotel is in the city's pedestrian zone and there are great restaurants, cafes and bars within a charming walk.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing after everything else was so good.

the staff is kind

we had 2 rooms, both cold. the heating is done with an air conditioner, if you turned it off, cold air would come on your face anyway, it was positioned right above the bed. in the other room they slept with their jackets on. there are also radiators, but they have a blocking system so you cannot use them. At breakfast I also had ice cream, the jacket being necessary.

Cosy, elegant room, outstanding hospitality, silent. In the inner old town you can reach anything in 5 minutes on walk.

Parking is a bit complicated, you can drive in, but then you have to place your car in a garage 200m away.
