Hotel Mazury

Rich breakfast, good location. There is no problem with parking.

The room had dirty walls, also towels were gray.We stayed 2 nights and nobody cleaned the room.

Good location and friendly staff who did their best.

Hotel in not geared up for English speaking guests, English of staff was minimal and restaurant menu was in 3 langauages but no English.

The building had a quiet location. Breakfast quantity was ok. Nice garden.

There was no air conditioning in the room. The bathroom had a sewer smell. The deodorizer didn't work. The bed mattress was bad and worn out. Small private parking.Weak room lighting

Very nice hotel, large area for kids, wonderful little pool, our 6 yo spent half a day running between pool and a hot tub. A beach on the lake is just across the road as well. There is a restaurant in the complex, all very convenient.

Free parking. Room size was OK for a twin. Beds were comfortable. Buffet breakfast was adequate, though I believe the advertised price of PLN 45pp as a walk-in option is way too high for what was offered ( I paid for room + breakfast included, so don't know how much was actually charged for that though). There was a restaurant downstairs open till 9pm so you don't have to venture out for dinner. There's some outdoor space. I only stayed 1 night so cannot comment on spa facilities.

Cleanliness. The shower enclosure had visible mould, there was a trace of dirt left on the shower floor. Overall the room gave the impression of not being very clean, but that is probably mostly due to the carpet which was very stained and I did not feel comfortable walking on it barefoot/ in socks only.

it was very hot, stuffy, full of bees, so it was impossible to open the window. There was no refrigerator, nothing cold to drink, the beds were very uncomfortable. I'm disappointed.

They had a problem with their reservation sistem - gave as the wrong, smaller room. Hotel is old, inside rooms stinks, many broken parts, needs to be renovated, event in bathroom there were no soap, breakfast is bad quality

Silent place not in the city centre.

HTL equpment is old, but clean and worked.

Roofs are really thin. We heard a party/gathering upstairs till late night. No AC so it was very warm, no soap near the sink, bit old place

Rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was nice, only places to sit was not enaugh.

Friendly staff, helpful. Excellent Spa service. Quiet. No smoke smells. Very convenient for what was needed. Water is rooms great to drink. Layout was very good in room.

Hotel is located in nice and quiet area away from the center of the city, but reachable by foot in 15 - 20 minutes. Hotel has wide parking for hotel guests for free. Very friendly and nice staff. Good breakfast.
