    Pros +

    • Breakfast Lunch and Dinner were all buffets, I really liked that because I am very picky with food and picking what I could eat daily was nice, the food was good. Beautiful views, outer buildings and apartments looked nice. In the main building there's a working elevator between floor 0 and 3. People on reception seemed friendly.
    • Great location, helpful staff, all required facilities, chilled atmosphere.
    • The location is good, the view is perfect, woody surroundings look really nice. They let us check in before 17, which is awesome

    Cons -

    • The soap was very watery, as if instead of being refilled they just added water to the bottle. The sink would "spit" water rather than pour it so it was hard to wash hands and brush teeth, quite unpleasant. There was black mould in the shower corners, the TV had a receiver hanging off it, the ceiling had multiple bug stains and the balcony had a big crack. The main building hallways looked like a horror movie, especially the way they lit up. the stairs up to the room were making sounds as well and tall people can easily hit their head on 3rd floor entrance from the stairs of the main building. The pricing for that location was pretty high, had cheaper stays in central Warsaw per night that had a better quality room.
    • Caution, mosquitos!
    • The girl at the reception was sneezing and had her nose blocked. Sick people are meant to rest and get better. Soviet ish days cabin was very uncomfortable - squeaky beds and old flat materasses, no towels, black mold in the shower, spider nets everywhere and wavy warm ish water. Once my kid wanted some food in the evening - we went to reception and paid 24 zl for 6yo and she almost couldnt eat anything, barely 3 slices of cheese and some cucumbers. Only the sticky pasta with tomato souse was warm - didnt look any good anyways. No even tea bags, not even talking of some variety. Although there was one more place - the beach bar, but at that point it was absolutely full. So we didnt even risk it and try to see what kind of breakfast do they serve there. The place has so much potential, but looks like noone is interested in making it better

    I only like location

No proper facilities, even no one respond if we are in need of something. No hot water.

    Good facilities. lots of space.

the rooms look a bit tired. they could do with being redecorated and freshened-up.
