Heating was turned on full power in the bathroom. Bathroom was hard to use, especially the wc, as the door swing opened on it within the very small floor area

Despite being a non smoking room my room did smell quite strongly of smoke

The room stank of cigarette smoke. And also in the morning, when I went to breakfast, the hallway stank as well.

Decades old room furnishings. Rooms should be modernized. A cleaning lady barged into my room without knocking one morning. Pool and gym is in another hotel, not the same building. The only operational hotel bar is inside the casino, so if you're not gambling, you still have to go through a lengthy registration process to enter. Breakfast is really mediocre, the eggs and sausages are bad. PS: There's a spelling error on the valet parking sign - it should be valet instead of "vallet".

Great location, nice rooms and a free breakfast with a large selection of sweet and savory options. The room had a balcony which was a plus.

very helpful staff. got a good night's sleep. hotel has a casino which attracts Italians from over the border. Price was a tad on the expensive side but it was a Saturday night, Short walk from Slovenian railway station but you need a taxi for the Italian railway station.

By far the kindest hotel/hospitality staff in Nova Gorica. The hotel is good though somewhat dated, the breakfast is excellent and the location absolutely perfect

First room smelled like cigarettes. Then they changed me into another room. Whole hotell too dark of an interion or bad lighting

had to pay extra when paid for “price for two people” for the double room through booking. was a bit annoying cause if i book it for two people i would have had to pay the same as for one person they still charged me an extra €68.

Breakfast was OK, more on the Italian (sweet) side. Room is comfortable but could be bigger.

It is an old style hotel inside the Casino. Nice position because it is near the center but nothing else.

We had some black things inside the bed's sheets and we asked to change them. They gave us the bedding and we had to change them ourselves, not that I complain but for the price you pay not really the best service.

The hotel is comfortable and the rooms are well-equipped but somewhat old-fashioned.Our room smelled of tobacco smoke, which was very uncomfortable.The breakfast is good. However, the restaurant is average...The staff is friendly.

Impersonal hotel, lacks charm.

But. Breakfast was really bad. The man working there didn’t care at all that all of the food was gone. He didn’t refill it and there were no eggs. Rooms are getting worse every time i go there. Not very clean any more.
