Very central location with walking distance to train station, and city center.

The reception didn't handle the overfloat of ppl coming in properly. The line to check in stayed for an hour.

Clean as usual. Spacious room. Centrally located. Underground safe parking at 10 eu/night. We adore the underfloor heating in the bathroom. The price is ok for what you get. It is a hotel without stars but much better than many hotels with 3 or 4 stars. We are returning guests, and will come again if in that direction. Would recommend it absolutely.

There is still nowhere to put your cosmetic bag in the bathroom and there are no hooks for the towels. But that is all. Really nothing to complain about.

Fantastic location for the Marklin Treff, and while it was very difficult to park in order to check-in, the front reception desk young gentleman was nice enough to quickly give me an access card and directions to the parking garage of the hotel, after I reluctantly double-parked on the main street. Room was pleasant and nicer than expected, with a rather odd shared balcony area. Staff were great!

Would be very helpful to have detailed instructions on where to park and how to check-in when there are no parking spaces in front of or near hotel...we circled the hotel four times awaiting an open spot, and finally double-parked. The associated restaurant next door was short-staffed, which they informed us of as we arrived, which made for a less pleasant experience than initially expected.

I must say I was more than pleasantly surprised with the KiKu Hotel--staff who greeted me at the desk when I arrived with both friendly and professional and the room was so very clean and well designed. Best of all it was uber quiet which, along with the very excellent mattress, made for a perfect sleep.

There was really nothing I would change about the hotel. I had dinner at the restaurant off the entrance and it was just fine. I was up early and did not stay for breakfast at the hotel but the buffet was set up and it looked very fine indeed. Next time!

City center and very clean rooms

No Mini bar, no coffee table and chairs in the room. No slippers. Not even a coffee machine in the room

Friendly staff as always. Clean room. City centre location. Shops and restaurants near. Safe underground garage (costs 10 eu/day). Price is ok. Have not tried breakfast, so no idea. Have stayed numerous times and would come back again.

There is no place to put your things in the bathroom. No place for the towels. And not sure that all the housekeeping staff understood a towel on the floor means, please change. Anyway nothing to complain about.

Nothing very happy with my stay here

The staff was really nice and considerate.It was very clean and well equipped.

Super Location; very close to the Train station, shopping and attractions. Märklineum is only a short walk from the Fußgängerzone.The room was very comfortable and large enough for a family of four. Bunk beds for large teenagers. Soundproof and quiet. We especially love the pillows and bedding (available to buy if desired).Breakfast has a wide variety of food. We like to decaffeinated coffee option on the coffee maker.Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We normally stay in a different hotel in the same town but it wasn't available, we have eaten here before but never stayed. It was a welcome surprise

Place is located very close to the train station.

This hotel has the poorest breakfast I have ever seen. Plates were always empty, you needed to request everything. Choise was very very poor.I do not recommend to add breakfast to the room.Reception was always empty. During check-in and also check out we needed to wait and call the number to have somebody there.

Breakfast is served by extra payment. 12 euro. But nothing warm except coffee or tea and boiled eggs. I bought one breakfast, later I eat outside of the hotel.

Its location is excellent, merely steps from the train station, eateries and supermatket. The staff is approachable and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable although not that big. Overall, it was worth the stay.

Having coffee cups and tea spoons in the room would be a small but welcoming touch.

Breakfast had good quality food but not a lot of options. They tend to run out of certain types of bread (croissants) if you come on the later side. The rooms do not have a mini fridge. There is no fitness center.

Our third stay in this hotel. Good as always. It is clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Shops restaurants, cafès just across the road. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We will return.

Well, the room had a big window, which we loved, but there is no possibility of opening it. The air conditioning is the only way of getting some air or opening the room door to the corridor where there is an open window. Anyway nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was very minimal considering you have to pay extra €10 for the pleasure. Needed more choice hot breakfast ie eggs, bacon etc, no bircha muesli or fresh fruit.Pillows were very hard and the air conditioning did not work.No mini bar or vending machines around the hotel.

Close to the train station and city center. Rooms have air condition. Very nice and comfortable. Decent size rooms.

Breakfast was - well, the things that were there, were ok, but very limited general coverage. However if you like muesli you got to choose between more than 10 different cereal, nuts, dried fruits etc etc etc. But in Germany you get stars compared to how many kinds of eggs you offer guests. So only one star because only hardboiled eggs. No soft-boiled. No scrambled eggs. No warm sausages. Rather limited display of sliced stuff. Limited choice of bread and rolls. For 9 euro person/night really on the limit of what is decent.

Modern, but with a bit of a traditional German feel. Comfortable, and the walls must be substantial. The hotel was full on Saturday, and I didn't hear anything from the rooms on either side. New hotel, so everything looked good, as usual in Germany very clean.

Continental breakfast, with only boiled eggs, no other hot food. The only other negative point for some people may be no bath, walk-in shower only in my room.

The location was superb and the staff. Everything was superb.

The Washroom had no lock, to lock the door. There was nothing to hang the clothes in the bathroom. And the parking fee could be less. I had to pay 10€ only for an overnight stay.a
