Clean, decent, great dinner, friendly staff

Wery bad comunication with personal, when we arrived outside dor was closed, online check in didnt worked. And personal didnt answered to calls and emails. Breakfast wasnt good and wery poor.

The room is renovated and clean, the mattress was great. There is a restaurant downstairs and it is possible to get your dinner brought to the room. All in all it was a comfortable overnight.

It was very nice we could bring our dogs.

Because the reception closed before we arrived they left a key for us, but we couldn't find the entrance of the appartmentblock. The communication about this could have been a bit better.

It was very close to the family. We were visiting we could walk. It has a beautiful large window that was able to open completely.

It was not lit very well on the exterior of the building nor did it have a light over the keypad to give you access to the building. Plus the keys to the door were exceptionally difficult to use.

Nothing really , everything was good

We enjoyed the upgrade to a nice apartment in the 4th floor with afternoon sun and a small balcony. The place was ideally located for our family visit.

Nice clean room, nice shower, easy to park outside hotel, nice restaurant on site, tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

TV was a bit small, no English channels, no 'normal tea' or sweeteners in the room just coffee, fruit tea and normal sugar. These are small details though, overall it was very good.

Comfortable room, nice bathroom, accommodating staff, great restaurant.

Very close the S-Bahn and KIT Campus Nord. Clean and cozy rooms.

Not so many food options around. It is quite hard to meet a personnel in the receptionist as they are not always there.

The big plus of the hotel is its staff. They are extremely friendly and that always gives you a good feeling. The room was spotless and sufficiently equipped. They have a little restaurant on the first floor (closed on Mondays); nothing special but more of what you can find in more expensive hotels. It is a perfect location if you have KIT business (20 min to walk or 8 min by bus; don't take the tram; the last tram station is within the KIT campus and therefore non-public).

The location is perfect for focused KIT business, but other than that, it is very remote. There is little around, and the food options are scarce if it is Monday (the hotel restaurant is closed). Given the remote location, it is also pricy (not expensive, but still more than you might expect), and the rooms are not very soundproof (nothing that bothered me, but it should be mentioned).

Perfect location to stay if you have any business with KIT campus Nord, otherwise too remote. Staff super friendly, its otherwise a basic place with all the necessities, but nothing extraordinary, just an allright place to stay if you travel for work.

Close to road and train line so noisy. Smell of smoking throughout. Room was hot so needed to leave windows open but hard to sleep at night with road noise.

Location great. Near Lake for swimming

Breakfast. Not worth 27 euro for 2 of us for 1 breakfast. Very limited choice and not quality. If your staying in apt like we did. Far cheaper to go to Edeka where you can get plenty of choice for far cheaper and make it yourself.

The room was good, the hotel was quiet, there was a mini fridge and a boiler in the room for tea and coffee.

It was too hot and did not have air conditioner. My room was turned west, when I arrived at the end of the day the shades were open and the room was extremely hot. I was able to make it comfortable by opening the windows, it was not noisy outside.

Comfortable beds. Added child bed free of charge.

Breakfast could be better.They could have opened the room windows for a while before the arrival to cool down the room which was very warm (no airco) while ourside it was pleasent.

That we had a place to sleep.

We had to wait until we could park the car at the "private" parking spot. Beds were terrible (piece of wood). Restaurant was below our window, which caused a lot of noise untill the restaurant closed at midnight. Rooms were very hot and smelly (especially the shower). Breakfast was not great, neither how it was displayed and kept cold. Difficult te get a decent cup of coffee. Hair between the bread buns. Staff not very helpful nor friendly.

Rooms were clean and well designed. Reception was very helpful.

Not an exciting location. Only 1 restaurant open in the town on a Sunday. Breakfast was OK but not exciting.
