- Onsen (bath/spa) area and facilities were amazing. Loved the vibe in the hotel restaurant, with the serving robot and the option to sit at a floor table or chaired tables too. Suppled robes and pj too. Buffet breakfast was great.
- The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff checking in were wonderful and helped us ship our bags and answered all the questions we had. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. The onsen was amazing and beautiful. We also tried the brick baths and those were very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay here.

- I wasn't warned about the tourist tax at the time of my check in or any time during the booking so it was an unpleasant surprise at the checkout. Also, groups of men hanging outside the hotel were catcalling and making me feel very uncomfortable. Maybe this is not a very safe area.
