- The house was easy to find and the room was spacious and clean. Bathroom and toilet room both clean. Check in was easy and the host was very accommodating for my 2am arrival. There's a large communal kitchen with tea/coffee, a dining table and a desk, where I've spent the morning working on my laptop. The host was friendly and reassured me there's no problem if I had to stay longer, even into late afternoon which was nice.

- There wasn't a bed, but a click clack sofa bed instead, which had a dent in the middle, so not the most comfortable to sleep in. The bed itself had a strong smell of stale smoke. The room itself was clean and didn't smell, but as soon as you lay down/get close to bed, a very unpleasant smell was evident. Thankfully I was exhausted arriving late at night so fell asleep fine, but I wouldn't have enjoyed it if I had to spend a full evening there.
- Very small toilet. It wasnt clean, especially in a toilet and a kitchen plus unpleasant smelll.
