Kyriad Lyon Est - Saint Bonnet De Mure

It needs an urgent renovation

Old. It is clean but when a place is old, cleaning wont help. It still looks kinda disgusting

We took this room to be close to the airport. The reception was open 24 hours which meant it was easy to check in/check out. The room was very adequate for our 1 night stay.

Location nearby the highway on our transit to Italy.Friendly staff at reception.Noisy airco but at least there was airco.Free large parking lotGood pizza restaurant across the road.

It wasn't that late; we were at breakfast at about 8:30. Many items were gone, and no one stopped by to check on the buffet while we were seated at the table. Not to mention refilling anything. There were no eggs at all... It was true that the remaining croissants were delicious.

Great location, comfortable beds, great shower.

Black mould in shower and by the room window. No lift

Nice and clean hotel, close to the airport. The staff was friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are small but for this price it was more than a good deal!Coffee and tea inside of the room and even a choice for a pillow - they offer you a soft one and a hard one!The bed was very comfortable too.

Staff helpful and friendly, easy to find free car park. We enjoyed our stay and would go again if travelling in the area

Wonderful and helpful staff. Very Clean. Convenient location to the airport. Safe area. Great value with super nice and fresh atmosphere.

No elevator though not too hard stairs. A bit tight front parking though very roomy parking lot on the back of the building.

Simple clean hotel near the airport. Enough quality and staff service just to sleep.

Big room, quiet, ok beds

Bad smell in the bathroom, doors squeaky, door to the bathroom wouldn't close, shower in the bathroom without any curtain or something, water is everywhere, lots of dust in the air conditioning vents

Proximity to airport.

Property was filthy, old, damp, and very run down. The room stank and was very damp inside. Walls, carpet, and all finishes were so dirty. Bathroom was not suitable or up to any kind of standard at all.

Well situated and priced.

Beds where not straight

The service was kind and helpful.

The so called free wi-fi was really poor. Could not use it for anything.
