Premiere Classe Lyon Est Aeroport Saint Exupery

Basic accommodation accessible both through reception, when open, and externally. Quite easy to find from airport with ample parking. Restaurant adjacent but also several options 5 minutes away.

Difficult to increase and maintain heat room when very cold. Door drafty and had to use two extra blankets on bed.

Old, gives a terrible felling. Breakfast unlucky at 6:30 too late for early departures to the airport

It was not too far from the airport. 10.mins Uber drive max, I think. The person that gave our key was extremely friendly, so was the person that sold us a pizza.

The staff gave me a room already taken... once... twice... And then, it was really noisy until 11pm, difficult when you have to get up very early the next day.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast tasted very well.

Lots of ants in the room, quite noisy.

There was no staff present at the time I arrived at the Hotel just a terminal which didn't work properly. I also called the support number which did not answer! The hotel was an absolute mess and nothing like the pictures.

We booked a triple room and we're given a small double. As we received notification from Booking.com that indicated our room was on the ground floor I didn't specify that we needed no stairs. We had 4 heavy suitcases that we (80 yrs old) had to carry up to the first floor.

Close to the airport but no transport at night...40 euros for a taxi each way booking reference number on booking is nothing like the booking number at the hotel and the only help is an outdated machine... If you survive that, the only drink or food service will be 2 updated self service machines that won't work.... and if you didn't find it adventurous yet, when you are really exhausted and you gave up and you just want to sleep for a few hours, don't worry, the hotel room will surprise you again, because the door won't stay shut... honestly, 10euros would be too expensive for the nightmare... avoid

Good value for money. Basic but clean and comfy.

Breakfast limited and basic.

The only thing was that there was no b'fast facility and had to go to Campanille for a more expensive b'fast

Smelly rooms

While everywhere were signs do not smoke, our room was very smelly. Smell came via ventilation in the bathroom.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

No hot drink facilities in room.

Location, free parking always available along the street, excellent wifi.

We stayed there for 2 different days once we got food from the next hostel which was way better and had more options than the main hotel's restaurant.

Price against chamber quality ! There was some dust, door room wasn’t closing properly! Check in time is so tight ! Customer need some flexibility and early check in times !

room was tiny; bathroom so small we could not use the shower; bedroom was freezing cold on arrival although the small room heater eventually took the chill off; we paid over 200Euro for the room to include 16 Euro for a shuttle to the airport......the driver dropped us off about a 10min. walk from Terminal 1 Lyon Airport ......it was pouring with rain and my disabled wife struggled to make it to the terminal.......on arrival we were both saturated and resolved never to visit the Premiere Classe Hotel again.

Bad

Reception only open limited hours so nowhere to wait in the freezing cold. Room cold, bed saggy, draft coming through front door. Miniscule bathroom which gets soaked when you shower. Absolutely no facilities in the room, just two paper cups. Really bleak place to stay.

Location (bus ? 47 to the airport and 1E to Lyon)- Quietness- Good heating inside the room

Nothing around, no shops, for example- Probably the bath is too small

Avoid at all costs - cheap is ok if clean but this was disgraceful
