Staff was really friendly and the room was really clean. I particularly enjoyed the Onsen.

Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious for 2 people and very clean.

The hotel is in a great location very close to Maizuru Port and with a lot of parking available. Checking in and out was quick, and the staff were very nice.

The mattress was very firm. There are also no plugs near the bed for your charging your phones.

The room is bigger than average and the place is comfy, the staff is also very, very nice! The location is also great, the port near is a good place to take a walk and look at the fish swimming.

The walls are thin, there was a lot of noise coming from everywhere. Or maybe it was the people around that were very loud and noisy, I'm not sure. Still, I'll definitely come back.

The breakfast was good. I would have preferred some fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to many restaurants and a convenience store.

The mini egg omelet wasn't that great.More western choices would have been nicer too. No bacon and no scrambled eggs.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfy and the staff were so polite.

You can hear the noise from the room above and next to your room.

rooms had too many steps , i tripped and fell , whole body went forward,sprained my shoulder and hit my head against door. asked for change of room , staff unaccomodating

The hotel was well placed, good value for money and the staff were very good- charming and sweet. The breakfast was exceptional. The onsen was great

The internet did not work in my room. It was fine in the lobby, but it was inconvenient to have to use it there to plan the next faze of my trip.

Breakfast was good. Walking distance to many shops eg., convenience stores, coffee shop , popular restaurants. There was a small onsen (2-3 people size).

Room was not as new as we thought because this room shown as renovated room. There was some loud old Japanese song in the night.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the city on foot in the evening and eating in one of the many surrounding restaurants. The breakfast is nothing exceptional, but definitely recommended if it is included in the price.The size and furnishings of the room correspond to Japanese standards and are perfectly acceptable for the price.

Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and the guests in the adjacent room were very loud until 1:00 a.m., which is why we had trouble sleeping and had to start the day very tired.In addition, it is not comfortable to park your car in the first parking space as the parking bays are very narrow, even for small cars.It is advisable to park your car in the second parking lot, just a few meters away.

The public bath was nice but had a mouldy smell. laundry facilities were useful. breakfast options were quite good with a variety of Japanese dishes.

We were assigned a room behind the lobby toilets. not exactly the sea view we had hoped for. The room had a loud (over 50db) low pitched sound on and off throughout the stay including at night. Parking spots were offsite.

Great japanese breakfast! Just delicious. Room was big, comfortable beds.

We arrived late at night by ferry from Hokkaido, so the hotel - located just a short drive from the ferry port - was perfect for arrival at 22:00. I was concerned our late check-in time might mean the hotel's parking lot would be full, forcing us to search for another lot in an unfamiliar city, but when I called prior to our departure the hotel staff assured me they would keep a space open, and they did - directly in front of the hotel entrance! Check-in was efficient, the room clean and comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning satisfactory. All in all, we were very pleased with the hotel, its staff and its service.

We were not dissatisfied with anything in terms of facilities or services.

It was a long way from the station. Would have been good to offer a hotel transfer.

general location was central to the water front and shopping. only an easy15 min walk to the train station. Hotel was quiet and had many self-serve facilities including laundry. It seemed to be popular with visiting business people as it had meeting rooms and a conference room.

No foreign exchange anywhere in Hagashi-maizuru or surrounding area.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It gave us late checkin facility. the checkin process was very smooth. it’s a compact hotel good for a short and quick stay

There was a damp smell in the room when we opened it. the bathroom was small.

Super enthousiastic staff at the check-in counter, Good breakfast and super location when you arrive with the ferry from Otaru. Woudl stay here again and again.
