I really enjoyed my long stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always available whenever I needed anything.

Nice sea view, clean and spacious room, bed was comfortable, enjoy the jacuzzi with sea views, coffee machine was great, friendly and helpful staffs, car parking was convenient.

The staff were very polite, the room was clean, and the jet bath was enjoyable.

The spa with a view was wonderful. Breakfast was very good with a varied selection including western food. The beds were very comfortable. There is a very good Indian restaurant just down the road.

The room furnishings are a little tired and in need of replacement

It's an opulent place inside. So for the price I paid, it was exceptional value for money. The breakfast was fabulous, too. And the staff were very pleasant and very helpful.

Nothing I didn't like

The breakfast buffet had a great variety that would please even a picky western person. Fresh fruit, hot dishes and pastries. Very nice

The manager, Ms Sakura was very helpful recomnending places near hotel to visit. We drove 1/2 hour to Ayabe Onsen n all love it. We also enjoy great time at Uminpia Ohi Marina.

Only breakfast, with time and time to eat. However, the coffee items are plentiful and have many options.

we’ll maintained but old facility. The bathroom floor was so slippery I fell down getting out of the tub. Good thing I didn’t break any bones.

the staffs were great. you can request free shuttle drop off to airport or JR station. only issue is the internet was not working. this hotel near to the ferries port.

The WiFi was good, the breakfast, though wasn't buffet, was tasty and healthy. The jacuzzi tub and lovely view from the room are the highlights of our stay. Staff were friendly and approachable. Room was clean and spacious.

Very limited facilities and location isn't great. If you're done with sight seeing in the city or if it's raining that you're stuck in the hotel, there really isn't much you can do in the hotel. No onsen, no recreation center, only your room with limited TV channels. The buffet breakfast was replaced by set menu due to covid.
