Hotel Route Inn Kyoto Maizuru Nishi Maizuru Ekimae

Room was modern and clean. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was super!

Close to the station. Public bath was very nice and staff was friendly! Breakfast was also pretty price-worthy.

The walls were a bit thin, but the hotel wasn't busy at the time so I was able to sleep well nevertheless.

10:00am check out, what???

Out of the whole world, this hotel has a check out time at 10:00, and even if you're a minute late - you pay 2000yen for each additional hr.So pay attention, if you wanna have a slow morning - this hotel won't let you do it.And no water bottles in the room, nor cooler on the floor.

Excellent 3-star hotel with onsen and breakfast.

Very comfortable room.

no USB port but hotel provided USB adaptable cable which is a bit too short.

Comfortable room, free on-site parking, free coffee and tea at hotel lobby, delicious breakfast and dinner, helpful staff

Check out time of 10:00 am is too early.

Amazing accommodation. Good breakfast and facilities as well as the location.

A night stopover, onsen is great!

Small double bed

The property is new and is near train station.

There is no mineral water in room and no fresh fruit in breakfast.

Public bath and free coffee

The handle of the cabinet is a bit sharp, tend to cut the hand

Great place to stay.Near from the station.Comfortable hot spring place.

Not many options for dining nearby.

Very good

The public bath is located on 1st floor, which makes the elevator a little bit busy during evening hours. Guests may feel uncomfortable when he/she takes the elevator wearing pajama with other guests who just check-in.

decent hotel, breakfast was good

service was poor. staff gave us smoking rooms despite having 2 kids and ordering 2 rooms.

Short walk from train station. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There were several nearby options for dinner.

Second stay in this hotel, I am quite happy with my stay and would be glad to book it again should I be around. Room was nice and clean, we had a partial mountain view. Bed was comfy. The breakfasts are nice, not superb, but nothing to complain.

The restaurant at the level 1 offers dinner by menu, but the value for money is not good and I would not want to dine there again. Onsen was clean but a bit too hot (for both of our stays).

Hotel Route Inn at Maizuru is exceptionally good value for money. The property is quite new, clean and well designed. Its public bath is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I like everything about it.

The hotel is conveniently located one block away from the station. There is a public bath which is not on the photos by hotel. It was clean and water was a proper temperature.

Breakfast was a buffet style and some options weren’t replenished:(

- Room facilities were new- Bigger room than other hotels I stayed in before- TV can sync to Youtube, wowow, etc.- Wireless charger in room- Onsen on the basement floor, which you can use from 5 a.m.- Delicious buffet breakfast

Great location, top facilities, excellent buffet breakfast, free onsen, free parking, excellent service, easy check in and out, huge room, comfortable beds, great value

Nothing at all.

the facilities is good, it has hot spring and washing machines. breakfast is good and have many choices. just 5 min’s walk to JR station and the Main Street, very convenient.

better have facial tissue in the room.
