Radisson RED Hotel & Radisson RED Apartments, Kraków

We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson RED Krakow. The hotel is very clean, the interior is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully done. The staff were polite and helpful, everything was smooth and well handled throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience, and we’d happily stay here again.

The hotel is not right in the city centre (old town), so you’ll need to take a short ride to get around. That said, Bolt and Uber are very affordable and convenient, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Location very good

Gym is small. No indoor pool. Billiard table not open all the time. Food portions at restaurant are small.

Stunning hotel, food was nice, great location to train station

Room 303 was stunning until you went into the bathroom, the smell was horrendous, obviously we complained and was told no one was there to speak to about it, second day we was out for 13 hours so didn’t speak to anyone then then on third day when we was leaving we finally got to speak to someone over it again to be brushed off about it

Great hotel with lovely breakfast. The pool table was an added bonus.

We booked 2 rooms and one of them smelt a bit.

Reception employee did not greet and react at check-in, unpleasant smell in room, kept windows open but did not help.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and as described. Each floor had a water cooler, and breakfast was the main highlight. There are arcade games in the reception area too. Though not in the old town, it's just a 5-minute walk to the tram station, making it a convenient choice for families like us

Parking is not free

Amazing new hotel, immaculate clean, very modern and spacious rooms. 10 min slow walk to the main train Station - Krakow Główny. We really enjoyed our stay and due to location would come back as it’s very convenient. Staff was very nice, we didn’t have any problems with check it or out. Some mentioned slow water pressure in the reviews - we were on the 3rd floor, water pressure was fine. Not the fastest but defo not California style. Easy to take shower.

The child free option in the basic room means that your child will sleep with you in one bed. Did not see fine print when booking. If you wish separate bed, it cost 100 zł per night. HOWEVER, the bed is super king size so we have managed with our 7 year old one without additional bed. Very comfortable bed so defo can’t complain that we were squashed.

Too little wardrobe for your clothes.You need to use your room card every time you use a lift.

A brand-new hotel, absolutely spotless. Even though it’s located above a highway, it’s very quiet with excellent soundproofing. Super comfortable bed with high-quality linens. An excellent breakfast with a fantastic selection of yogurts and desserts. Very friendly staff, which is unfortunately quite rare these days.

The bathroom was very cold, with no radiator or underfloor heating. Water pressure was weak.

Check in was a bit slow and required lots of checks of reference numbers, IDs etc.

We were upgraded to a cozy apartment with a great layout, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel restaurant staff were young, friendly, and always smiling, with excellent communication skills. The food was delicious; we especially recommend the sweet potato fries with basil aioli. Parking on-site is a big plus in Kraków’s city center. We left the car in the garage and enjoyed a 20–25 minute walk to the Old Town. If you're visiting Kraków, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

Very modern. Lovely design.Clean. Helpful staff. Delicious food.The cold filtered water was the best I ever had the pleasure of drinking.

One recommendation: have two bins in each bedroom (one for general waste, the other for recyclables such as paper, plastic)

The hotel is new, all furniture looks good and the mattress was comfy. If you want to travel to the city centre, you can get 5 minute walk tram. All was good, I will be back

In general all was good, the minor issue - the shower needs to be fixed (some strange sound when I used it), otherwise can’t complain
