Hotel CONRAD Comfort

Location was great. Staff was helpful when we understood each other. Cleaning could have been better

Good little hotel, not far from the airport, right near a shopping mall. The staff were excellent and it was a joy to stay here.

The only issue is that it is hard to see the entrance at night when accessing by car. We drove past twice before we found the little road to turn in.

I liked the room itself! The quality of the room's state was nice- everything seemed clean and all. For me that was enough to make a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, though there was wifi it kept cutting off quite often. It was there, yes, but it was very slow and prone to cut-outs. Besides that though, everything else was alright.

The hotel is generally good, and the breakfast was excellent.

I was happy with my choice. Good staff and clean room and specially bathroom was very clean. Location is a bit out of city. But if you travel by car. Its easy to park. Next time i would like to stay again.

A good hotel not far from the airport. There are IKEA and some supermarkets close. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception managers were very nice

A superb hotel! The room was very clean, quiet, large, with everything you need for a great stay! The breakfast was very delicious and abundant in dishes. Close to the central area. Everything that is written in the description is there. It was an excellent stay. The room was quiet, clean, equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, kettle, bathroom with shower, etc. The room and bathroom are equipped with everything you need.

The accommodation was beyond expectations! A very clean location and equipped with everything you need, located on a quiet street, right in the city center. We stayed in the superior double room with balcony. It is warm in the room, it smells clean, there is air conditioning, a table, 2 chairs, a bathroom with a shower, towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The room and the private bathroom are very large, the cleanliness is impeccable, you get everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom has a shower.

Location was very good for our needs and on-site parking was the main factor for booking this hotel. Room was spacious, so was the bathroom. Friendly staff at reception. The rate was very good for Krakow.

The room could have done with a deep clean. My 7yo tried to hide behind the curtain and there was a shower of dust when he moved it. Also the hair dryer and the phone (to call reception) in our room did not work. There was no bottled water in the room. There are water fountains on the halls, but this is little help if you wake up thirsty in the middle of the night.

Good location

I stayed in two diferent rooms, AC is not cold. Me and my girlfriend were sweating thru the night. Queen bad is made of two smaller beds and mattresses keep sliding away.

Young friendly staff, amazing breakfast, clean rooms, nice toilets, and very very good connections to airport and city center via bus and train for low cost.

Hotel is good for staying overnight, if you have early flight from Krakow airport, otherwise nothing to do there.

I can’t say that the service is client oriented: I got room with the view on some garbage yard, most probably because it was on discount on booking)) no complementary drinking water (one have to go to the corridor to get it), no usual hotel necessities. Very strange :(Breakfast is so-so, doesn’t worth to buy it.., if you will come 40 min before its closure, you have to ask for many positions, can’t recommend.

The staff was supper friendly, and we were able to check in early.

The drain in the shower was so clogged that once you turned the water on and waited for it to get up to temperature, the bathroom floor was already flooded (we were in a handicapible room).

the staff are very helpful. I forgot my electric shaver in the room. They helped me to find it and gave me suggestion to deliver to me.

The air-conditioning didn't work but was still manageable

The hotel was nice, clean, and neat. The staff was friendly and the 24h reception was super convenient. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The only small issue was the toilet making a slight noise at night, but it wasn’t too annoying. Overall, a very good experience!
