It was inexpensive and close to the airport with nice location in the middle of the forrest

No restaurant on site. Had to walk to the other building on site

We were given a free upgrade to the castle rooms as there was construction going on. The room and the bed were massive and super comfortable. We loved our stay

Unique location for a 1...

For a 1 night stay, I expected to have a view of the forest but had a courtyard view and breakfast was very basic and also shame that the sauna is only open from 10am, since check out is 11am, it doesn't give much time.

Location and atmosphere, surroundings. Little kids area as well which was nice.

Building was a bit peculiar. Felt like a prison almost but not a major problem.

Nice, clean hotel about 10 mins from the centre. Very happy with it other than the lack of choice at breakfast

I only stayed for one night. The staff were helpful, the room clean and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful from what I saw.

The corridors could have a little more lighting and it would have been nice to access Netflix.

Lovely sauna area and rooms were spacious

Cleaners never came to clean over the course of 4 days. Towels and bed linen were filthyNo smart tv , only polish channels

The hotel is beautiful the rooms were nice and big. You can tell they have remodeled.

There were spiders and a previous guests hair in the shower. The breakfast was expensive and wasn't that great .

Feels old, furnitures are cheap, corridors are dark. There’s only one elevator and there are lines to get to it. Plus the construction workers are using it as well and since it is small it makes it difficult to travel with luggage or baby carrier.

A lovely, very cozy and warm room with quiet surroundings. A delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. The city centre is easy to reach by taxi, and the ride is inexpensive.

Forest around

This hotel was an absolute disaster. Our room wasn’t cleaned all day, and the staff stole our watch. When we urgently asked for help late at night, no one bothered to come or even respond. The level of negligence and dishonesty here is shocking. I strongly warn everyone — avoid this hotel at all costs.

Spacious, comfortable rooms; polite and helpful staff; and a delicious breakfast. The hotel building is a late-20th-century functionalist design. Fantastic location - surrounded by forest and just a 15-minute drive from the airport.P.S. If you’re lucky, you might even spot adorable wild boar families wandering nearby at night!

Great property for overnight stay. Convenient room for a family of 3. Desk for work.

The location is very nice, in the forest. Is quiet.the design of the hotel is very nice.

We arrived at 6:00 pm and the room wasn’t ready yet. We wait 10 minutes, but it wasn’t a problem.

Amazing place in the most wonderful location. Even though we didnt stay in the main castle part which is 5 star, the 4 star hotel just beside it was just as beautiful, well from the inside.The rooms were beautiful and you can open the door out onto the forest which is beautiful. The bed is comfortable and a good size. The buffet breakfast was very nice with hot and cold option with the added bonus of a child's soft play area off to the side to keep kids entertained. And the price was great.

Just wish i had of stayed longer to experience the spa and restaurant also.

The room is comfortable. The location is wonderful middle in a forest. The staff is professional and nice. It is not the first time I come in this hotel and I appreciate always my stay.

This time I stayed two nights and nobody from housekeeping came. I had to ask for towels. Not acceptable for a 4* hotel !

Amazing location, very quiet and peaceful. The hotel building is beautiful, rooms are massive and clean. Loads to do in the area if you're looking for hikes and quiet team.Breakfast on the weekdays is a lot better than on the weekends as it takes places in the Zinar Castle (another hotel about a minute walk away on the same grounds).Staff are super friendly and professional, also very helpful. Not a lot of options to eat around apart from restaurant in the Zinar Castle but if you're looking for a quiet retreat plenty of options on Pyszne.plWish the pillows where slightly firmer.Will definitely be coming back.
