The staff was very nice, the room, loved the decor, comfort and cleanliness. The hotel was in a great location. Wish I could have stayed longer to experience more of this wonderful hotel.

Perfect location, very clean hotel and fantastic breakfast.

The room wasn't big enough. For 2 persons is very tiny .

The hotel was close to where our daughter is living. It was very convenient for us. Loved having the market nearby and available transportation.

The design of the room with the beds under an angled ceiling was challenging...we did bump our heads a few times! Nothing you can do about that!

The breakfast was very limited and not fresh. Salads were old and were clearly standing in the fridge few nights. They had dry coat on them.Or was impossible to order a coffee with extra pay and proper coffee machine. All was offered was a very basic coffee.Toilet by the restaurant was dirty and had no toilet soap or paper. I was informed I can park a car in front of the hotel for free (I bought a parking city ticket but I received a fine to pay by city guards!!). So in the end I paid twice for parking Rooms are run down. It’s more of a hostel than a hotel. Price is definitely not worth it

Easy to get to and a good price. Located a 10min walk to centre but with plenty to see on the way. Hotel was clean and friendly

The location is great, only 15 minutes from the old town on foot. And the breakfast was great as well.

The rooms are smaller than they appear on the picture and the breakfast area can become crowded if the hotel is full.

The glass door on the bathroom is a bad design- does not give any privacy.

Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Small wardrobe but wasn’t an issue if staying for a few nights. Kettle, hairdryer provided which was a plus, along with the bottle opener, which was really handy. We have lower back issues but beds were super comfortable. Location was perfect for a walk into main Krakow and helped to burn off all the delicious polish food and beer!Staff were helpful and polite. They held onto our bags on our last day after check out. Couldn’t have done enough for us.Water stations on each floor which was very much needed.

Showers are lovely but need more power, did the job for thin short haired people.Air con lowest was 18 and would switch off in the night so would wake up a tad warm.

Our room was for a family of 3, the sofa bed was not comfortable for my son.

The facilities are in poor condition: the towels have holes, the shelves in the closet are broken, the wallpaper is peeling off, and the floor is dirty.

The room was spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was HUGE. I liked that there was a water machine outside on the foyer so i could just walk out and grab a jug of cold water in this heat. The room didn’t had air conditioner but it was suprisingly at a comfortable temperature. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Some people in the reviews have such expectations its crazy. The buffet had warm food, multiple types of cheese, ham, spreads, breads, buns, cerial, the salad bar was INSANELY GOOD. The egg salad and the cottage cheese with vegetables were TOP!! Im gonna dream about them hahaha. Also had smoothies and juice, amazing sweet baked goods, fruits, joghurt. The coffee was also nice. Everybody were kind, respectful, smiling and helpful which made my stay the best in Krakow, already recommended it to friends. :) The old town and the shopping center in 10-15 minutes walk, the area was safe, clean. I travelled solo, im usually quite anxious but i never felt afraid during my stay. The lounge area was also comfortable with sofas!

The TV didn’t had any streaming options, but it had 1 satellite channel of english news so I was fine having it in the background.:)

Great location. Ten mins into the Old Town. Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfy. Good value for money.

The room phones didn’t work so had to go down to reception for things but not a huge issue.

No good in the evening of any sort ( we arrived from uk at 9.45 and all restaurants in a 15 minute walk had stopped taking new diners, luckily a mini supermarket had sandwiches and beer to have in the room

Without balcony, so had to go out for a cigarette. We had four rooms, one of them was bigger because they were three and they had a big balcony and that was great

Comfortable and clean hotel with friendly staff. 15 minute walk to old town and about 20 to the station. Shout out to the barman for mixing a very nice whiskey sour and Negroni for our night caps?

I would like to start by saying what lovely staff this hotel has!The ones at reception and breakfast area are all extremely welcoming, warm & helpful young people who really love and take pride in their job.The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of dips, and a nice selection of healthy foods to complement the customary eggs & bacon. It was also very handy that we had water dispensers and umbrella’s available for our daily outings. In terms of location, it is a straight 10-minute walk down the road to the Old Town and well served with two trams to reach most areas of the city.We really our loved our time here and a big thumbs up to the wonderful young people working there.

Pillows were a bit too flat, maybe it would be a good idea to have higher ones for taller people.
