- Great location, between old town , castle and Jewish quarter - we walked everywhere. Quite street felt very safe, spacious apartment, very clean well equipped. Staff very helpful and friendly - delicious breakfast.
- The sauna was amazing as you book it and then only you and your guests use it at that time. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the location meant everywhere we wanted to visit was in walking distance.
- We stayed at Hotel Golden Queen with my wife and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very warm, which made our stay especially pleasant. We also had a nice view from the window overlooking a beautiful building. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they kindly assisted us with printing some documents, which we really appreciated. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the city center, so you can easily walk to all the main attractions. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, bakeries and coffee shops next door. Short walk to main square. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy, asked for additional pillows and were delivered promptly.
Hairdryer in room was faulty and was replaced with a similar faulty hairdryer. No coffee machine in room. These are minor issues that I would just expect better from such a nice place
The room was spacious, clean and a great location , great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay except for the light issue
We were situated on the 2nd floor and there were bright lights shining into our room all day and night. Which meant at night we had to close the blinds. We like to wake to the light from outside. We spoke with reception any they advised that the lights were automatic and that we could change rooms to a room on the ground floor which had skylights that were covered in snow so there was no way we could open them to let air in and see outside- so we stayed in our room on the 2nd floor.
Lovely modern room with 7min walk to the centre. Nice and quiet as not on a through road , no trams or traffic at night to worry about.I would highly recommend a junior suit.
- very nicely equipped rooms, large and clean- towels changed daily- two bathrooms, including a jacuzzi tub- modern amenities- fully equipped kitchen- two balconies, one of which is very large, like a terrace- very friendly staff, extremely attentive to our requests; staff who gave us good directions regarding tourist attractions, including a free map of the city center, very detailed- very good and varied breakfast, some foods prepared to order (like omelette), so very fresh and hot; - private parking space in the basement, maximum security- location very close to the center and many tourist attractions (Stare Miasto, Wawel Castle, etc.)
- the parking space was the most expensive in the area (140 zlotys/night)- access to the hotel by car is difficult if you don't know the location; the streets are restricted and my GPS (Google Maps) unfortunately didn't know how to guide me correctly at first- no one informed us that to access Krakow by personal car you need to apply for entry to the Krakow Clean Transport Zone and you need to register on the city hall website. I found this out only upon arrival and I made the access request in a hurry, to avoid the police penalty. It would have been good if we had been informed about this in advance.
Great location, lovely stylish room and helpful staff. The breakfasts were excellent.
Great breakfast, lovely atmosphere, and a perfect location.
I have two comments: the parking was expensive, and there was no Netflix or other movie options available—only local Polish channels. It was also not possible to connect an external device, which I would normally expect these days as a standard service.
Elegant hotel on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the main square, Wawel castle, and the Planty park. Five star vibes, luxurious bookable sauna, cozy Lobby, and high end furnishings. Much appreciated were the smart TV and comfortable beds.
Room description cites tea/coffee machine AND hot water kettle, but ONLY a kettle is provided. There is no coffee maker in the room, only instant coffee. Bathrooms have a ceiling level window to the bedroom and a motion sensor for the light, which means the light turns on automatically each time you enter the bathroom flooding the bedroom with bright light. There is no way to turn this off. When checking in we were assigned room 003 which is on the street and ground floor. We asked if it was quiet with the response, "all our rooms are quiet." While mostly true, the street side does have occasional car and voice noise. We could also hear everytime the door open and slam close in apartment building next door. Upon waking up, we were greeted with a view of garbage cans outside the window, which also provides no privacy at eye level with everyone walking by. This room is obviously the least desirable, so it was disappointing to have it allocated to us despite booking well in advance.

Beautiful interior design with the old time vibe, excellent breakfast, Goff location close to Wawel.
The property was exceptionally clean, The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast was lovely.
Spacious and stylish room.Jacuzzi style bath tub.Lots of towels.Great water pressure for the shower, also you could turn it on without having to stand under it and get a blast of cold water.Excellent breakfast choice & quality. Our room 002 was only a short walk to the front door and breakfast.
Very superficial and easily remedied faults, but they really should not be there in a hotel of this type in the first place:Virtually no drawer storage space, only shelves in the wardrobe and some of those too high to reach.Bedside tables with no storage and positioned to have any item placed on them easily knocked off.Only 4 coat hangers!!!After asking for more they could only provide 4 more, l think a trip to IKEA is urgently called for.Thin useless pillows, how on earth do they except anyone to manage, I had to ask for two more. However don’t let these minor niggles put you off.
All great, only breakfast items was slightly limited, like I don’t eat pork or beef, so they must put chicken sausage, fried poatatos, lamb chops etc.

Clean, spacious, comfortable. Well decorated.

The sauna is incredible. One of the best we’ve encountered at a hotel. It’s wood, it’s infrared or finnish style. Nice shower outside, and the robes are comfy. Everything else is mediocre.
Our room had a bright yellow LED light outside of it that does not turn off at night, and the room was bright even with the blinds closed. Blinds were too short on the sides to cover all the light. Rooms are small, unless you get the top two. There is no proper shower kit - just a body & hair in one. The manager said it’s to be more ecological, but the 2in1 product sits in a plastic bottle, and is poor quality. They could easily find an organic bath & body producer and have shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in 3 refillable, aluminum bottles in the shower. We love to stay at hotels so that we don’t have to carry our own toiletries except a tooth brush. We’ve asked for a partial refund and have never heard back.

Absolutely would recommend and return stunning hotel our room was amazing and the cleanliness was 10 out of 10 staff welcoming and friendly
Maybe a little more choice on the cooked breakfast side of things but what we had we enjoyed
The location is very central. We could walk everywhere. The building itself is beautiful, and the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a nice view to the side street. It’s a lovely blend of history and modernity, and we really love the style. The breakfast was excellent! We stayed for three nights, and they changed some of the dishes every single day, so not entirely the same breakfast every day. Also, you can order the pancake, scrambled eggs/omelette from the menu. The staff are nice and friendly too. Strongly recommend this place.
