I checked my records. This was my 8th visit at INX Design Hotel. Previously, all my experiences were amazing and that was the reason why I always chose this location. This time though I got a room sharing the wall with the lift shaft and that made it a very uneasy stay.

Location, breakfast & cleanliness.

We liked that there was water dispenser on every floor. It was convenient for us, as well as for your staff.

Did not like that we have to ask for supplies such as pairs of slippers, conditioner, lotion…The pillows were flat, very bad for our necks. Mattress wasn’t comfortable. Please still provide luggage rack. Your guests will love you for providing it. Whatever was in the room was not enough.

Internet did not work

I stayed 5 days for work at this hotel. Wifi was not working. Maybe because I was in the last room at the end of the hall and the signal was not reaching there. I told the front desk about it. The guy said if it’s not working there is nothing that they can do. He didn’t evwn say sorry and it seemed to me that they don’t think that’s even important. It was not fixed during my whole stay of five days. Other things of the hotel were fine, but wifi was the most important thing to me. I will never stay at this hotel again.

When the extra bed was opened it was a very narrow space to walk to the toilet from the main room area

The best part of our stay was definitely breakfast and the location of the hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated from inside, so different. Staff at the reception varies, some of them are nice and helpful, others don´t care at all.

Our room was only OK, I wouldn´t mind the size but if you come to stay for a week, you don´t have enough room to unpack all your bits & pieces, the bathroom is even worse - not enough storage space for everything for 2 people... There is also a beautiful feature in front of the hotel (an old car) but not maintained at all which is a shame.

Friendly stuff, good location, comfortable rooms

For those arriving with their car, a clear easily readable signpost for parking and for the entry will be better. Otherwise you miss the entrance

Everything was excellent.We were visiting Auschwitz during our stay - our pick up time was 7am and we asked if they would put something together breakfast for us to take away.They made up lovely lunch with meat/cheese/salad baguette, fruit, juice, can of water, little wafer biscuit & some mini croissants It was much more than we expected and greatly appreciated. Nothing was too much bother. Good location too, next to Jewish quarter and not too far from main square.

Perfect location, modern, clean, good value for money

The only thing was more about the particular room, our bathroom fan wasn’t working and the television kept turning off.

We really enjoyed the breakfast as it had a large variety of goods. Also the room was very clean and the staff was kind and helpful.

The room could be a bit larger. There was nothing missing we just found it a bit small for the price we paid.

It's very noisy from the tram in the morning.

Room was modern and comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. Location was close to the main centre.

This hotel was perfect for our group getaway. Fantastic location, very clean, friendly staff, and an all round great hotel. Rooms were modern, clean and comfy. Great value for money.

Lovely property, that felt new and fresh. Modern and bright design was a refreshing break from boring chain hotels and the people working there were friendly and helpful.

The room felt a little crowded with an armchair and the desk space, which was relatively small, was mainly taken up with the kettle and coffee/tea making facilities. Someimes less is more. The lighting created a calm and subdued atmosphere, however when working, I would have liked to have a brighter option.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff, all very friendly and helpful. Lots of great food and bars just around the corner in the Jewish quarter, you can get lost and enjoy the magic of Krakow. The Schindler factory museum is just across the bridge and the ghetto remembrance square. If you follow the Starowiślna road the hotel is on, you will come up into the main old square, essentially a straight line so really easy. Tramway outside is convenient, we didn’t use it personally as we like to get plenty of miles in, but it takes you right across the city.
