Nothing honestly.

The balcony shades were not working.The parking was not suitable.The reception did not answer most of my enquiries.The AC controller was really bad; needs maintenance.

The property has a good location and has new furniture and an updated interior.

There is toxic mold in the bathroom and a musty smell which gave me a headache and sore throat and 24 hours of brain fog and fatigue. Water leaks or improperly maintained/ cleaned AC air filters allow mold spores to grow which are not visible to the naked eye but cause serious health issues after inhalation. Most property managers are unaware of the dangers of black mold and other molds but there is a lot of evidence of their destructive impact on human health in the scientific literature.

Had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Apartment was well proportioned and had everything needed for our stay. The staff were really helpful and helped me book various trips definitely 10 out of 10 for me

I had to leave to go home

The place is fine, but just a note that if you are driving you should really consider paying extra PLN ZŁ 70.00 per night for pretty crumpled parking space.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, super easy to walk around and the staff were very friendly. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. The space was well thought out, it was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. I’d definitely stay here again!

Immaculately clean apartment. Great location and very comfortable. The shower was fantastic and the balcony was such a pleasure to sit on. Laundry room was a great addition.

I would suggest basics like tea towel, kitchen roll and oil for cooking.

Clean and very warm. Heated floor in the bathroom. All amenities. Good!

I have ordered a king size bad, but had a queen size.

Apartment clean, modern and as described.

Finding the entrance door. I arrived at 6.30pm in the dark and a lone woman. The office was closed but should have been open until 7. It was unclear where the correct entrance was. I had to go down unlit areas/walkways- I spent around 10 minutes wandering in the dark unlit areas. Not many women would like this.

Very nice new apartment, well equipped and soundproof, didn’t hear the neighbors or the street. The apartment is stylish and has a modern feel to it. The bathtub was a highlight. Very comfy couch. Big supermarket nearby.

Double bed consists of two single beds which easily slide apart and get you stuck in the middle. The corridor of the building smelled like smoke.

Everything about this place was great: location, cleanliness, price, etc.They even have an online platform from which you can access all the information you need about your stay.We would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfy room in a great location!

The staff were friendly and approachable. They explained everything and were very helpful.The apartment had everything you could possibly need, from a coffee machine to washer. It was spotlessly clean. A 15 minute walk to the square or the Jewish Quarters. Nice and quiet too.

At first we were a bit unsure about the location of the apartment, as it was under a tunnel and round the back of a building. But we need not of worried it was very secure having to use a code to get into the foyer.

Nice an spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchenette.Smart TV where you can use Netflix.

First 2 nights one of the rooms was cold, and the radiator from bathroom didn' t work at all. The room with balcony was always warm because it has bigger radiators.In the room we stayed you could hear all the noise from other rooms(next to us and upper floor)Missing breakfast, the recomended restaurant is closed/ doesn t exist.

Cozy apartments in the city center. Own kitchen, there are necessary utensils. Independent check-in for late arrival. It was great

Towels, I would recommend changing them. They have been used for so long that even after washing they no longer feel soft and fresh.
