- Everything was perfect. I traveled alone for 3 days in Krakow and the hotel was perfect. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Shower was great. Facilities were great. Breakfast was excellent. Location was very convenient. 15 min walk from the old town. The common areas were very vibey. There were always people working, chatting, hanging out.
- The room was amazing, bed was super comfy and I love the tablet to check out, turn on the tv, and manage the lights. The sensor at night is awesome so when you get up in the dark a small light turn on in the bathroom.
- Lively property with a nice bar , coffee bar and outdoor space. Free Coffee and Water in the lobby!
Cons -
- Maid service was good but not fantastic
- Zero complain.
- My room was very hot. The temperature control was confusing and lacked any clear instructions, and I couldn't open the windows either. But the main problem for me was the facilities outside the room. I was really looking forward to getting my book and reading by the fireplace after spending the day in the snow, but it turned out impossible because the café was constantly packed with customers (who weren't staying at the hotel) working on their laptop. This cafe is a hotspot for students and remote workers. If you're hoping to sit down for a drink or coffee, it's generally impossible. It was quite a let down because the common room was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The sauna was okay, but I think the shower drain was completely blocked, and there was about 5 cm of water in the wellness center room.

The staff didn’t have much of an opinion about the restaurants around . Just that “there are hundreds” . This property has excellent restaurants like Bufet just blocks away!
Staff was nice
Krakow is awful! Dont visit Krakow! Its full of dumb tourist and is the most fake wannabe city. Its a bunch of woke college students, Brits and Americans all walking around doing absolutely nothing but wanting to look wealthy or cool and it's an absolute joke! Again Warsaw and Katowice and other cities are better! Don't visit Krakow its pointless!
HospitalityClean and convenient room Delicious breakfast Perfect location Nice atmosphere
Everything
Excellent hotel! The service is great — the staff really listens and fixes (small) issues very quickly. My room was very clean, very quiet, and had everything I needed. I’d seen some reviews mentioning noise or missing slippers, but I didn’t experience any of that. My room faced the garden/back, which was especially peaceful. They even sent more water directly to my room! what a great service!I did have a small issue with breakfast, but the team reacted fast and made it right.Thank you!
Beautiful inside decor, although the exterior of the hotel is not great, facing the rail. Great to have the free coffee machine in the lobby.
The staff In the lobby were great, the staff of the restaurant were never smiling and seemed anxious, but could be a cultural issue
Clean, friendly helpful staff
Services are too expensive. A 5-10 minute walk to a local breakfast place will yield you a higher quality breakfast for half the price.
the hotel is good for business trip but not for vacation, its not centered the train is so noisy and close, at night it was hard to sleep with it
location train noise
We have now stayed at two Puro hotels. The only reason that I give a 9 and not 10 to the Krakov Puro is that we liked the one in Warsaw even more!
The Warsaw Puro had an even better design colour-wise. We also really loved the heated bathroom floor in the Warsaw Puro.
It was in a wonderful location. Interior decoration was beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room didn’t suit us so well as mother and adult son because bathroom was not at all private and beds were very close together!

Very simple but functional and cheerful rooms. It was great that there were two breakfaat options - a more traditional buffet and a coffee house type area with food options. Staff was nice and helpful. Nice touch to have water in room each day and also hot tea and coffee available in lobby around the clock.
Everything; space, style, atmosphere, location, free bikes and being friendly for pets
We had a perfect 3 nights stay, booking 2 Deluxe rooms. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and endless patience. We arrived early in the morning, and the hotel kindly provided early check-in.The breakfast was outstanding, rich, varied, and delicious. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with very comfortable beds and a fresh, modern feel throughout the hotel. We also loved the 24/7 hot drinks in the lobby, offering complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The location couldn’t be better. Right in the Jewish Quarter, within easy walking distance of everything interesting, and with public transportation just steps away.We requested a late check-out and were kindly granted one, which made our last day so much more relaxed and enjoyable.Everything was simply perfect, highly recommended!
the staff was helpful, the breakfast was great. the location is also good and easy to reach.
several things can be improved, there is no closet in the room, only shelves. it made us feel a little uncomfortable, our room was facing the street right in front of the railway, and noise isolation is not very good.
The property is very modern and new, the breakfast buffet had a lot of options, and it is convenient for exploring the Jewish district and the Schindler factory.
So, it’s not that the hotel is terrible, but I think there are many other hotels in Krakow for comparable or lower price that offer better value. (This is not my first time in Krakow, so I can attest from personal experience). The room itself was a bit awkward, the lights were operated by a screen by the door, which meant that every time you wanted to turn on or off a light, you’d have to click through five options on a screen to figure out which button did the trick. There was one hook for a towel inside the bathroom, so we had to hang our towels next to our coats. The gym is a complete joke - the hotel is fairly large, but the gym is the size of a big closet. There are two treadmills, one non functioning elliptical, and one stationary bike of the kind that you use when you want to pretend to be exercising while you’re scrolling on your phone. If two people put down mats, there’s no place to step a foot. The breakfast buffet was a fight for life on Saturday morning. When we got downstairs at around 9:30 am, there were already a ton of people waiting, because evidently they had run out of space. When the hostess started letting in people with no order whatsoever, one guest started yelling and threw a fit. It was all happening in Polish, so I have no idea what transpired, but that is not the kind of breakfast experience I’m usually looking for. The way breakfast is laid out also means you’re always bumping elbows with other guests around food. Sunday was somewhat better, but it was still always very crowded around the food area.Lastly, it’s kind of a walk (20 min?) to the main square. So, depending on what area you want to spend the most time in, it may not be the most centrally located place.
It was overall a pleasant experience, but I did expect a bit more given the glowing reviews I had read beforehand. On a positive note, the restaurant had delicious food, and the bakery downstairs was definitely the highlight. I had the best cardamom roll I’ve ever! It’s definitely worth a try!The Hotel had its pros, but I think the high expectations from the reviews set me up for a slightly different experience. But overall, I’d still recommend it for the great food and cozy ambiance.
The bathroom was really small and there wasn’t much space to hang anything, which made it a bit inconvenient.
The room was clean and quite, although there is a train rail near by, could not hear nothing, breakfast was excellent.
Beautiful, modern , free 24 hours coffee and tea station with great products and options
Double rooms a little bit small but comfortable
