Pros +
- Lovely accommodation with a real retro feel. Was comfortable and very inviting. Felt like home for a few nights Nate as of just another hotel! Would definitely stay again!
- Beautiful, old building with lovely courtyard filled with greenery and quirky statuary. Our room was large and we appreciated the kettle, coffee, extra blankets and hair dryer. Building was very quiet. and we slept well. We were grateful that we were able to leave our bags in a secure office for most of the day after we checked out.
- Location, staff friendly and kind, room very comfortable, quiet.
Cons -
- We could have used a second set of keys in the event my daughter and I wanted to go out at different times. A coffee table in front of the couch would have made it more of a functional seating area.
- It’s all good. There is nothing negative.
- Nothing. Although it is a bit difficult to find the place to enter for the first visiting, hotel staff helped me to enter.

Very comfortable, nice atmosphere and very kind people working! I love Kraków thanks to here, I will absolutely come back if I could travel again. I really recommend to stay this hotel, the place is also convenience since the hotel is near from downtown.
Nothing. Although it is a bit difficult to find the place to enter for the first visiting, hotel staff helped me to enter.
Very clean, well heated rooms against the cold. Cute garden atmosphere. Staff was accommodating with our insanely early check out needs (2am). Also, it was situated right on the edge of Old Town's main square, so the location was great.
No elevator (for those with bad knees or heavy bags) It was difficult to find initially. It is located off a plaza/ square - not a street like the street address would imply. Find Szczepanski Plaza (where the Fine Arts Building is) and go to where it meets Tomasza Street. Find a door with "Gorzko Gorzko" above it and a Globtrotter flier to the left-hand side. I put pics below
Location, cleanliness
It is quite loud in the evenings
Very classic room and decroation.
Guest care, like kit of personal brush, umbrella... should prepare, could charge guest.
Very convenient to the main square and the rest of the city! Helpful staff and beautiful area “hidden” by hallway to the lodgings! That was nice! Will definitely come back here when I visit again! Clean and quiet! The stairs were a little wild with my giant luggage but we had help so! Was very thankful for that! Coming from the US; I highly suggest it! Taxis tend to sit out front in the square so a nice convenient way to travel to other destinations if need be! Restaurants and such right outside! Just loved it! :)
Everything to me was amazing personally(spellbound newbie’s first time in Poland or Europe in general so!); the stairs were a thing BUT keep in mind I had a 50lb bag with me so it isn’t a knock on the property! If I had a regular bag it wouldn’t be that big of an issue, but mentioning it for anyone who might bring a large bag like me!
Close to Center Square. Clean
Charged me $27 dollars US to launder 1 pillow case of dirty clothing staff said they would bring it to my room the next day but they didn’t I had to pick it up from reception. No elevator had to climb 3 flights of steps to room. Bringing a heavy suitcase to my room was tough go. Shower too small hard to fit in. Except for morning girl the staff were kind of lukewarm to us.
Was great! Prime location, old traditional building and room! Loved the view into the inner yard. The staff was super helpful and super nice. Good leave my luggage after check out. Just enjoyed staying there.
The staff were so kind and helpful. The location also nice
There is a restaurant in front of my room. It makes some sounds
The location was fantastic and the courtyard was very nice. The staff was very pleasant and professional.
Room very spacious and cosy, very quiet. Shared refrigerator at the top of the stairs. All clean. Bed quite comfortable
The blinds allow some light to come in and I had to use a sleep mask since sunrise is around 4:30
Nice helpful staff. Excellent location.
Rooms were very cold. There was a lot of noise (from other customers and some kind of construction work going on)Only 1 pillow and 1 towel.Curtains very flimsy and did not help with blocking out the light.Duvet was not big enough for bed. Bed was uncomfortable.
The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was big and clean and in a central position, located in the heart of the old town, close to every service.
One thing that could be improved is the bed and the pillows, a little bit uncomfortable.
While the room was simple, it had lots of space (there were two of us (friends) sharing the family room). The shower was also very good. Location wise, it was on a lovely square which had a fabulous restaurant and wine bar and easy access to walk to all the main sites.
The location is beyond fantastic. So handy to everything and so quiet with its own little hidden courtyard. The room was incredibly spacious, staff were lovely and attentive. One of our best stays!
Mattresses are a typical European standard. If you are used to a plush pillow top, be prepared.
Excellent location, just next to the old town area. It's very vibrant and train/tram station is nearby.
Lovely helpful receptionist carried my case up the 2 flights of stairs. Liked that room wasn’t cleaned every day, totally not necessary to have different bedding & towels each day
The small bed cover and only 1 pillow. The extremely thin curtains that don’t keep the light out. The lack of plug points in the room. The noise of other guests trying to lock/unlock their doors at all times of night.
Location, friendly staff, excellent value for money. Will be back
