Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Sometimes it is possible for early check in so that’s very helpful

On the first night, a cockroach was crawling on the wall in the restaurant. I asked for another blanket for two days, and finally, on the last night, they brought one. I had a deluxe room, but the bed was made up of two! Also, two mattresses with a gap between them – and this is in a 4-star hotel! When I noted that it would be advisable to include the hotel's number on the bill, the receptionist replied, "That will be fine." There are 2-star hotels in Poland with better service and quality than this one. Oh yeah, there was no toilet paper either – I had to remind them to bring it.

The girl and guy on the reception was very helpful and friendly. Parking was convenient and offered a lot of places to park. Breakfast was rich and Polish, cannot even be compared with those ordinary continental breakfasts in other European countries. Room is clean. Bed was comfortable enough. Sauna is provided for additional charge (40 zl per hour) but once you reserve it - it is fully yours.

Backyard parking doesn't offer good enlightment so I used front parking lot but adding some lights in the backyard can be very convenient solution for the guests

We were met by angry administrator and she was angry that we did not inform about children however our plans changed and had to come with kids. She refused to offer baby bed :( wanted to charge for additional room. room with sounds from the street :(

Nice and clean. Friendly staff at the reception

The waitress at the a-la carte in the evening was unprofessional. She forgot to bring the wine list and missed one item from our order and one person had to wait for his food after everyone had finished. Ice-cream took also ages. Our room was on the top floor so it was quite noisy, as the hotel is located by the road.

the location was easy to find at night. the room was clean and cosy, though windows were faced towards a busy and noisy street - we had a choice to use air conditioning or open the window at night for a cool air to breeze in.Breakfast was really good and rich - vegetables and fruits fresh, eggs perfectly cooked, etc.

Reception stuff very friendly

Location very good. It’s not far away from the city. It’s not crowded. Easy to find parking.

Hotel restaurant hosted wedding party - couldn't sleep as the music was heard even on the 3rd floor. Cleaniness needs more attention.

Apis is the well located, not very big hotel. Well connected with city center and also very close to the main road out of city.

Disappointing

The hotel has a noticeable moldy smell. The shower holder is positioned at leg level, requiring you to hold the showerhead while showering, which is quite inconvenient. What’s advertised as a double bed is actually two single beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle. Additionally, the hotel is located near a busy road, which makes it noisy at night.

We really enjoyed our stay, but what stood out most was the receptionist (Michal Cialowicz), who did an excellent job. He was always attentive, polite and ready to help with anything we needed. He really made a difference in our experience. We would definitely come back!

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, but anyway everything was easy and quick to reach.

The breakfast as quite decent, public areas looked nice

The rooms were quite old and didn't look clean. Our car was damaged on the "monitored parking". We noticed this when we already left the hotel. We tried to contact them, but they are ignoring the requests. So much about "monitored parking".
