Very clean

Room was close to the kitchen so little noise when I was going to sleep but then quite down.

The rooms are clean and cozy, panoramic view from the rooms on the upper floors. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast is also very good. Really convenient location if you are passing through Krakow due to the proximity to the A4 motorway. Also very easy to get to the center with bus 503, which stops next to the hotel. Private parking is a big advantage for drivers. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable beds. Warm room. Good sound proof. Slept really well. Very fast check-in.

Showerhead could be better if it was an adjustable one. But it's a minor non-critical issue.

Spacious room, great breakfast, secure parking on premises, playground for the kids.

The apts have been updated since these photos and were lovely n bright and modern

Location close to tram stops and bus stops about a 15 to 20 mins in to city centre

the hotel’s room was not so good and not so bad ..Breakfast was ok .. mixed with Greek food like sallad …Location was far from center but it’s possible to get buss near hotel to center if you don’t have a car.

the only thing I really didn’t like was the isolation ..it was so bad..you could hear almost everything happening in the other rooms next to.

Comfortable, clean number with two separate rooms(we are family,4 persons).Very good hearty breakfast for various taste with Coffe machine(espresso,capucino,etc).Comfortable parking for car on the big open safe parking area. Very close to the Salt Mine Wieliczka.

The staff are really outstanding especially Joanna and Agniewska.Great room.ComfortableClean.Defo my "Poland stop" from now on.Definitely recommended.

Leaving

Breakfast was great with many choices. The orange juice was amazing. The staff was extremely kind and professional.Our children enjoyed the indoor play area. It is nicely kept with a lot of toys and has a baby/children fence surrounding it. There is a sofa and arm chair for parents to sit while the kids play.Parking is at the hotel with a small fee. The hotel is very nicely designed.

No A/C but there was a fan.The rooms could be upgraded, but were fine.

I am very thankful to the hotel personal for the excellent work they are doing. Breakfast, restaurant, room, cleanliness were exceptional.

Room nice, space enough, decoration good, only can hear easy somebody from other room when talk normal. Suprise additional cost for parking 30 pln, Total cost for room was a bit high for location outside city. Can understand parking cost in downtown but not outside city.

Very nice kids play area, delicious and good selection of breakfast. Friendly staff.

No air conditioner

I have nothing but positive things to say about our time with my wife at the Arthur Hotel. In reality, it is only a few meters distant from A4. We couldn’t have asked for a more ideal and convenient location. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make sure we had the best time possible. With appreciation, Sasha&Vera.

The room was spacious and modern.

The cost of breakfast was very high.

We had to spend one night. This hotel was perfect. Spacious, clean, quiet room.

The hotel is quiet and clean. Our room was big and very clean. We got 2 bottles of mineral water every day. The staff are very friendly. The area around the hotel is green, and the air is fresh.

Everything was good. Probably the distance to the Old City taking a bit of time but it's not a big problem if you have a car.

Friendly staff, no fuss check in, clean room.
