We had a wonderful stay at the Red Brick Apartments in Krakow. The building itself is an old house full of charm and character, with a truly unique genius loci that adds to the experience. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the downtown area, yet peaceful and quiet.The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the two separate bedrooms, a large and comfortable bathroom, and a kitchen that had everything we needed. During our stay, Krakow was experiencing a heatwave, and the thick walls of the old building provided a welcome escape from the scorching temperatures.Another convenient feature is the private (though paid) parking located just across the roadOverall, a perfect place to stay for anyone looking for comfort, atmosphere, and a great location. Highly recommended!

The only minor downside for all four of us was that the beds were a bit too soft for our taste. However, it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall positive experience.

Excellent location, a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 5-10 minute walk to the old square, restaurants and central attractions. The staff were friendly, the desk was manned at all times. If there was an issue with the room, they arranged for it to be sorted if they could.The kitchen facilities were very basic, but enough to make a hot drink and prepare a snack. We didn’t use the 2 ring hob at all, but chose to eat out.

The shower was not good! The water pressure and temperature were fine, but the shower head was positioned at about waist height and kept moving the direction of flow to anywhere but where you wanted it! Not practical or enjoyable.We spent the 5 nights with curtains which didn’t close, they had about 5 hooks keeping them hanging. Unfortunately the rail was so high that we couldn’t do anything about this and we told the staff about it but nothing was done. They did replace a light bulb though. Fortunately there was only a church outside this window so nothing overlooking us, but the light from the well lit church was on all night. The curtains looked awful, I hope they sorted it before the next guests.

I loved how close we were to the main center of town and all of the shops/historic buildings. It was also very nice and quiet at night. The concierge team treated us like friends and were informative about the area, they were on it! They asked all the right questions, held our luggage after we checked out and before we checked in. They also helped us look into tours and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much!

There were inly two places I thought for improvement. First was the shower drain did not drain very well, so it was a little difficult to shower comfortably. I kept having to turn the shower off the keep it from flooding. Which I understand that it is an old apartment and so the plumbing would not be amazing but the drain should be able to drain effectively. The other thing we did not like was that there were no hand towels for the kitchen sink.

Staff was great, location right next to the train station and centre.

It needs a proper revamp, walls need painting and overall the apartment needs renovating.

Excellent location near the old town, rail station, shopping mall. Rooms are a good size. Clean. Well equipped for a short stay of a few days.

The mattresses are quite basic - lacking in support- so anyone with a back problem would probably be in pain after a couple of nights sleep on the beds. I ended up sleeping on the sofa.

Quiet, and very clean and large apartment, but missing a curtain on one window in the bedroom.

Smells from the Indian restaurant next door were strong in communal areas and a bit in the apartment. Beds were too soft. Neither were a major problem however.

Furniture is in need of repair. A bit noisy.The walls need to be just repainted.It takes so little effort to make the place really cozy...

Reception staff were caring and professional Apsrtment was clean and well designed. Location was excellent. Royal Curry restaurant was next door and delicious food served there. We loved Red Brick Apartments.

Location was a 2 minute walk from the train station and the impressive shopping centre while still being close to all the main tourist attractions. Lovely bar just a round the corner.

Some small cobwebs in the dining room but nothing to worry about as the rest of the massive apartment was spotless.

Really dated , only two beds and the rest were couches or chairs so uncomfortable couldn’t sleep in them , no curtains on the window so people could see you in bed , shower had to be hand held bath didn’t empty , lamp never even had a shade

The rooms were huge, clean and very comfortable. Perfect location.

Was expecting a double bed in one of the rooms, not the end of the world as pushed 2 singles together.

Really liked how spacious the apartment was and clean. Really close to the shopping centre and main square. Would visit again.
