After the first night our room was not made up despite the fact that we hanged up the card to be cleaned.

Paper thin walls, can hear the street, the next room over and even rooms down the corridor.

It was clean, comfortable, and in a good location.

No soundproof isolation, bad water regulation in shower(changed from very cold to very hot so fast), brekfast was mostly with garlic :) all the same every day, and looks like was not very fresh, coffee machine is very old and not working most of the time

ABSOLUTELY TO BE AVOIDED.

The value for money is completely unacceptable. The room is bare, poorly designed, and extremely uncomfortable: there are no power outlets near the bed and no light switches to turn off the lights, forcing you to get up every night. The external view is depressing and utterly unpleasant.The so-called double bed was set up in a ridiculous way, with two single blankets that were totally unusable: too small to tuck under the mattress, leaving you sleeping with your feet uncovered. The bathroom amenities are virtually nonexistent: no toiletries except for a single bar of soap, only one face towel despite there being two guests, and tiny “bath” towels that are completely inadequate.Breakfast is poor and of very low quality; on top of that, the coffee machine was not working. The staff were cold and unhelpful, showing no basic courtesy toward guests—not even a greeting upon arrival or at the reception desk.An utterly frustrating stay in every respect. Strongly not recommended.

Rude cleaning staff but otherwise very lovely staff. Victoria made me feel more than welcome. 5*

Staff unfriendly and unhelpful.Room far too warm and no obvious way to turn off the radiator.

Its was clean and local

The room was too hot and couldn't turn the heating off so had to sleep with window open which lead to noise.

Rooms were not cleaned daily and needed change in rubbish bins, but overall was ok as I had plenty of towels

Easy 20 minutes walk into the old square. Friendly reception, important as a sole traveller.Bed/pillows very comfortable.Did not use breakfast facilities so unable to comment.

Shower cubicle was relatively small but not un-useable.My room looked out onto a busy street so the traffic noise could be of annoyance to some people.

My experience at Hotel Delta was great.Clean and good size room for one person.The hotel was very quiet during most of my stay.The buffet breakfast was value for money.The hotel is just a 20 minutes walk from the old town, which was absolutely not a problem for me, considering that the weather was warm enough during the day.The staff was always friendly and helpful. Viktoria in particular was full of information and recommendations!I will definitely consider staying at their hotel in the future.

Room was nice, spacious and clean. Check in without problems, even when I arrived at 2 am.

Bathroom was clean, but there was weird smell in it. Mattrace cover had plastic in it, made rustling sounds every time I moved around.

This hotel is perfect. You can walk to Old Town in 15 minutes. Additionally, the hotel price is very reasonable and affordable, considering its room size and service. I recommend this hotel in Krakow.

Amazing hotel for its price. Traveling from Scandinavia, it was incredible to us how good the rooms were. Flat TVs, seperate beds, AC, decent bathroom, etc.Breakfast was very good. A big assortment of food for a smaller hotel and dining area, super impressive. There were sausage and onions, scrambled and fried eggs, several types of bread, "canapes" (bread rolls), Nutella, müsli, etc.Location was good. About a 20 minute walk to the old town center.Great, very laid-back service, 24/7 reception. Simple check-ins and check-outs.

The toilet seat was broken.We went in August and it got pretty warm in the room some evenings. Couldn't change AC options.Coffee machine didn't work, weird taste.One of the steps on the stairs to the dining room was a different height and I fell down one of the stairs... mostly my fault... :)

Breakfast was very good, room comfortable with all amenities. Very good location, everything accessible by foot. Staff super friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend.
