It was in a nice location and the room was a great size.

The shower leaked on the floor a bit and just had a tub nozzle.

It was our second stay and it was even more comfortable! Loved it. Great location, very clean and the bed is super comfy. Highly recommend.

Service excellent, staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice. Nothing to fault. Hotel location was good for access to the old town and major sites of interest.

However I had a very odd experience in one of evenings I spent there , I had placed the “do not disturb” note on the door since I didn’t want staff coming in, and somehow someone had opened the door and then closed it.I assumed that since I placed the note it shouldn’t have been a staff member but if it was anyone else then how did they have access to open the door? Anyway this incident made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe and that’s why my review for this hotel is rather negative.

The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. The WiFi was appalling, I don’t think they should advertise it as even being available.Members of staff on reception were interested and a bit rude

It was clean, spacious and in top location! Wow, this hotel is a gem itself! The staff were welcoming and supportive. We also used sauna. The location is really really good, we will definitely get back!

The rooms are very comfortable and well-maintained. I had a lovely two-night stay. The food at the restaurant was also fantastic, the dinner options were excellent and the breakfast buffet was good value for money.

Great location and staff. Really flexible and accommodating. The room was big, clean and had exceptionally comfortable beds.

I like the rooftop bar and the friendly staff.

Being woken up at 22:30 at night by a guest/employee opening our door and walking into our room uninvited.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel in a great location.

I haven’t given top marks just for the following reasons: Mattresses a bit soft, prefer a firmer mattress. Room was quite hot and couldn’t always get the thermostat to work. Shower not particularly powerful.

Not a 4 star hotel. Receptionists spoke limited English, not competent. Room did not have windows. Room was 27 degrees and you cannot adjust the temperature.The outlets and refrigerator didn't work. not even a complimentary bottle of water (tap water is undrinkable)

We had two single beds that had literally zero gap between them. Would consider placing a bedside cabinet to ensure distance.

Location and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Rooms weren't brilliant even though we were in a superior room. Breakfast average. Had a small bath with a hand held shower over it. Some rooms were on the side where the trams ran which went on after 11 at night and started again at 5 in the morning made it noisy. 1 of our rooms had a heating problem couldn't turn it off they never solved the problem whilst we were there.

Lovely condition and friendly staff

Needed more cooked breakfast options. And the lift broke on our final day meaning lugging heavy suitcases down from the top floor.
