Pros +
- The hotel, room, and services were clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous, helpful, and (with one exception) knowledgeable. Because of its location--a short walk from the city center--it was easy to get to tourist destinations.
- Great room and hotel, cheap great service
- Good
Cons -
- Night noise. The hotel's location--Florianska--very near the center of town, is a conduit for drunken, all-night partiers. By "all-night" I mean until about 4 a.m. in the morning. I was a guest the third week of June. After great difficulty sleeping the first night, the hotel agreed to switch me to the 3rd floor, side street (Tomasza). The second night, unfortunately, the hotel's fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning. Elevators were disabled so I had to walk down to the front desk to learn there was no fire, only a problem with the alarm system, then trudge back up the stairs, waiting for the alarm to stop (about an hour). The third night the noise from the drunken street partiers was almost as bad as the first night, despite being on Tomasz and one flight more distant from the street.
- Would have liked if the information in the hotel room had the rules/information about the spa didn't want to go down and awkwardly ask
- Beds were terrible had to sit in the chair most nights and I can usually sleep anywhere

Good
Beds were terrible had to sit in the chair most nights and I can usually sleep anywhere
Lovely hotel, nice spa area (but more loungers needed). Breakfasts were excellent but still a bit expensive.
I would have like a larger lobby or lounge in which to relax
Breakfast was very acceptable and great location
better sound proofing as the street is very noisy, and the heating was hard to control
LocationThe breakfast The suite was nice
We were there for 3 nightsFor 2 nights we couldn’t use restaurant or sit in bar area due to private function They only told us about the one function that evening when we arrived.I’ve emailed the hotel twice with my views, but no response.
Perfect Location Really nice all Spa facilities Nice relaxing bar area
Staff were not very friendly We had to insist on changing one of our junior suites due to a smell of Dogs and had to pay an additional £40 per night for the pleasure The reception staff were quite unhelpful and quite blunt A bit disappointed in the way it was handled but I didn’t want to ruin our 3 night stay
I stayed there for the second time and loved it (also as a Polish person who used to live in Cracow)! Amazing location as well as their wellness area. Beautiful and peaceful spa in the historical basement. Loved the design on the rooms. The staff was very helpful and welcoming to my cat :) Will come back for sure!
The staff made all the difference and their friendliness helped me during a really dark time. Thank you!
The spa is beautiful, but some pipes were leaking (steam room) and there is no way of safely accessing the cold plunge. There was also some sand on the floor there.
We liked that our room was available on arrival as we got to the hotel early (09:30ish) The room was a good size room with 2 large beds which were very comfortable. Bathroom had all toiletries. There was a small selection of tea bags (fruit teas) and a coffee machine but no milk or English tea, these where available when asked for at reception and brought up to the room. There is a mini bar which you are charged for on what you use. This hotel will also keep hold of your suitcases if you have a later flight which is handy to know.
There was a hairdryer which only had a short flex so you couldn't reach the mirror to see what your doing when drying your hair as the socket was to far away, also had an annoying button that you have to keep pressed to make it work, not really a big problem for me but might for others so take your own hairdryer.
Staff and location
The restaurant and bar were closed for private functions for all 3 nights of our stay and music was loud and went on through the night until 5am on the Saturday night. We would not have selected this option had we known.
We absolutely loved the spa which exceeded our expectations as a beautiful space to relax in everyday. The reception staff were very helpful with our requests, and the hotel was really quiet despite being right in the centre of town.
The location. Also they upgraded us to a better room. We did not have breakfast inside the hotel so cannot comment on that.
We would have liked to have dinner at the restaurant but couldn’t find any great options for my husband who is vegan. Such a pity…Also, as for myself I found a bit misleading the photos for the SPA area since it seemed that there was a small pool or jacuzzi. There is not anything like that.
Upgrade, friendly, easy late check-out, no hidden costs, excellent location, historical buolding
No space to relax in the spa, uncomfortable lighting system in the room
Breakfast was amazing. Spa was also top notch
Too much night time noice from the street.
Unique property - elegantly appointed. Excellent location. The wet spa is outstanding.
Location is great, just a short walk to the main square.
Was very disappointing for a 5 star hotel, looks more like a college refectory than a hotel when you walk in. No carpet or kettle in the room, although there was a coffee machine (no coffee pods, milk or sugar). Spa was supposed to open at 9, but nothing switched on at 9:15 when we went for a sauna, had to wait until evening instead. Had an early flight on the Thursday morning, front door locked even though it says 24 hours! Security guard let us out.
Fantastic location - 50 metres off main square.Excellent decor and style across whole hotel.Super friendly & helpful staff.
Not the cheapest but a very high quality, ‘top end’ hotel. Worth the money.
One of the most amazing properties I’ve stayed at. The spa is fabulous and the rooms are wonderfully appointed. Staff are friendly and the restaurant has excellent food and service.
Beautiful hotel in a heart of Krakow Stare Miasto. Very convenient location, elegant modern decor , fabulously high ceilings.Deliciously fresh breakfasts and truly amazing restaurant menu. Walking distance to all of the Kraków main attraction. Would love to come back...
Great shower, but did not drain properly
