Very kind and pleasant staff at reception, clean room, we were upgraded to a better room, arrival time was 1.5 hours earlier than check-in and the room was ready. Good breakfast, only 5 minutes to the old town.

Room was rather small with a king bed that was only a foot off the floor, two comforters and two pillows (that should have been discarded long ago, they were worn out). We actually had two places to open our suitcases, which is very unusual. The desk was very large with plenty of room for hot pot and fixings along with my computer. An overhead light and several electrical outlets were available. We did have a small refrigerator but no in-room safe. Breakfast is included in the price of your room. The room was cleaned, and the bed was made daily. We had contact with the front desk staff on several occasions and they were always pleasant and very helpful.

Breakfast: was generous, all kind of food and fruits and cheese, yogurt, more than enough.What did we like: first of all, we were surprised that all the stuff in the room are like new and not so cheap, I mean, a little bit not an older room, good air in the bathroom, good shower, nice toilette, clean.The beds have comfortable mattresses and nice sheets. Can make tea and coffee in the room. The walls are covered in nice paper wall sticker.

We did not have shower gel, but it s not a tragedy

Very noisy guests. Drunk people and children yelling at the corridors all night and early in the morning.

Location

Uneven stairs level going to elevator specially if you have heavy luggage. No porter to help to raise it to few steps and down- not convenient

Amazing hotel! 10 min walk from the old town, very well located. Super quiet area if you are looking for some good sleep in the night :) super clean and people have been very helpful. (The only minus if I may, the young’s working in the breakfast are seems really not pleased to work there. Hard to get a smile or a hello but oh well, everything else was amazing!)

The location was good and the staff were helpful. We found it a bonus that there were drinking water stations. Whilst we wouldn't say breakfast was exceptional, there was plenty fresh food and, I'm sure, something for everyone. Dining area was kept clean.

Noisy with stag groups and tv noise, lumpy beds, air con wouldn't change from heat to cooling. . Some broken or generally unkempt items. Carpet quite stained. Headboard thick with dust. Outlook was a building site.

Excellent location only 5 minutes from the square. The hotel was spotless, all the staff were very friendly and offered advice on where to go and what to see. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast had everything you could want from fruits, cereal, breads, hot and cold dishes and well displayed.

There really wasn’t any negatives

We loved this Hotel. We stayed there five years prior and enjoyed our stay then. The young gentleman at the desk remembered me and was so welcoming. The rooms were a great size and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable to sleep on. The hotel is in a great location with everything a walkable distance. The breakfast offered many options and the staff were quick to clear away table when people finished. Could not speak more highly of this Hotel and the way it is run. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Nothing to dislike about this hotel

The location is great, very central but not noisy. Awesome breakfast including lots of nice polish food to try. They had a lovely egg salad and a very tasty mushroom pie, a light fluffy cake with I assume cottage cheese, lots of fresh fruit plus so the usual bread-meat-cheese-cereal choices. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with coffee and tea in the room. The staff were polite and reliable.

This is not a big issue, but the bathroom was rather stingy. Just a soap dispenser and one and a half roll of toilet paper - so no shampoo or cream or vanity set. You can buy the extras and the reception desk. Same goes for the mini bar - you could get a soft drink at the reception, nothing in the room. Not a big deal with Zabka stores at every corner open until late, but a bit clumsy.

Good location. We stayed as a group (stag party) and it wasn’t an issue. Friendly staff. Clean.

Some rooms need upgraded. The breakfast could be better.

Unfortunately we didn't get the room type in the pictures, which is in the newer part of the hotel. Ours was older and more dated, but adequate for our needs. Breakfast was nice, but I wouldn't have wanted to do more than the 2 days as it had no variations. Location was great, just a 5 min walk from the square.

WiFi was not accessible for our first 24 hours. The coffee in the room was limited... just one coffee and one tea per person. But only dried milk for one or the other, not both ?

Breakfast was great- wide selection. Reception desk 24h besides late plane no problem with being checked-in quickly and efficiently.

Noting to add here- you get the value for 3 stars.

How close it was the the centre lovely rooms and big enough for what we needed

I was not told upon arrival that I had to pay for the rest of the property nor was I given the option to pay on arrival or departure, this money was taken out of my bank me thinking it was a safety deposit to cover the room and cost that would be given back to me if all was okay with the room after we had left . The woman just checked us in with no information that we had to pay for one night and then the rest a different time we was given no option so came as I complete shock when I had to pay for the 2 nights all together at the end of the stay . This should of been communicated not only when booking but also when we arrive Breakfast was good however the hard boiled eggs were freezing this would of been nice if they could be kept warm
