Location,staff, and food were very good.

It was noisy because of the railway that was next to the window.

Great location , very easy to reach (either through train or bus or tram). Gentle and nice staff, wonderful breakfast and very comfy rooms.

We were welcomed by a very nice receptionist, the check-in service was quick & easy.Breakfast was superb. Lots of choices and tasted very good.Location is Great! 10 min walk from Krakow Glowny station.Less than 10 minutes walk to City Center.

The cups in the room are not that clean. We also requested a replacement spoon because the spoon was not clean.But the service was quick, the replacement clean spoon was delivered fast.

Good simple breakfast, not that much variety but everything was tasty. They have gluten-free bread on order. Coffee is real beans so no powder mixed with water stuff. Location is great as it's a 5 minute walk to the city center. Rooms were clean, maybe a bit small but it was fine for a long weekend.

Not much to add here. Maybe the size of the rooms. The breakfast area is on the basement which feels a bit cramped although the lights help. If you go to breakfast at peak hour (8:30 when we were there) it can get a bit chaotic as they only have one small toaster and one coffee machine.

First room with the view to the train rails, very noisy, but it was changed.

Everything was good. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is also very good.

If you like to sleep with open windows, it's a bit noisy. When windows are closed, it's fine

Location fantastic. Hygiene/Cleanliness superb. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Noise. Room Doors automatically slam when closing. Hot breakfast very poor. In fact beans and egg were cold. Expensive in comparison to food elsewhere.

Nothing. There was noting to dislike.

The hotel was close to the train station. It was clean and felt comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was accommodating for special request of oat milk. They kept the food refilled.

Breakfast was great but on the smaller side. The room we had was very small for 2 people.

Fantastic hotel! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are lovely and modern, with very comfy beds. The cocktails are stunning and the location is perfect for sightseeing…only a short walk to the Old Town. Would highly recommend! We can’t wait to go back soon.

Breakfast was very good and everything is working.

The soundproofing of the room is really bad and all the sounds from the neighboring rooms could be heard very clearly.

Really friendly staff and the location is great! Unfortunately the walls seem to be from paper since I could hear every conversation from both neighbours sides. Breakfast didn’t always feel so fresh.

Perfect location as only 10 min walk to old town and train station. In a quiet location. Very modern and clean with nice bar area and continental breakfast served in the morning. Requested a front room so no noise from trainline at all. The staff all very polite and helpful.

Unfortunately on the last night got a very noisy family. However I rang reception and they did ask them to quieten down, but next morning woken up again at 6.30 am with them . Not sure if just very noisy or thin walls ..

Hotel is lovely, very clean and great location. Was quiet at night. If you turn right out of hotel you will find old town and a large shopping centre which is open until 10pm. Room is small but has everything you need. Plenty on offer for breakfast which is available until 10.30 each morning. Turn left and you will walk to Jewish quarter in 15/20 mins. Would recommend to anyone staying in Krakow.
