Kraków Garden Hotel

The staff was exceptionally friendly and they know English. The breakfast was very good (all-you-can-eat for 30 zloty per person), free tea is available all day everyday. Convenient location for travelers, right near the Autobahn exit. Very nice front porch and front yard. Kept tidy, green and cut. Someone said you wouldn't want to wake up since the beds are so comfy. This is true, we were on road for 3 days and this is first place where I slept with comfort. They had good wifi and smart tv. Again, great for travelers.

There is nothing in the vicinity. If you want groceries buy glovo. If you don't have Polish SIM they can't call you, I waited in the cold for 20 minutes at front entrance and then got yelled by the driver because he can't call me. Then he proceeded to get angry for no tips, lol. It's not a stab at Hotel, but keep in mind that you may run into problems since the location is barren and there are constant jams outside of the hotel, so I wouldn't recommend going to neatest city by car. The interior is very clean overall if you don't look in nooks and crannies. There are many writings on the walls, probably from children. But the staff, breakfast and location makes it very pleasant stay overall, that's why it's an 8.

There wasn't any hot running water in the bathroom. The cold shower sucked.

A very good hotel for the price. Plenty of parking space, rooms are clean, very quiet and peaceful, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. Recommend.

The hotel was very clean, with well-kept rooms and common areas that made a great first impression. The beds were comfortable, the room felt spacious, and everything worked as expected, which made the stay relaxing. Free parking directly on site was a big advantage, especially for travelers arriving by car, as it was easy to find a spot and felt safe to leave the vehicle overnight. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options, both hot and cold, so it was easy to start the day with a proper meal. The location is convenient if you are flying in or out of Kraków, and the connection to the airport makes it a practical choice. Overall, we were really satisfied with the stay and would gladly recommend the hotel.

Didn't have a lot of variety of food however everything else was amazing! Personel na recepcji bardzo pomocny. Would recommended this place to anyone.

Just couple hundred meters from A4 so it's very convenient to stay here if you're travelling along that route. Just 10 minutes from the airport.Don't think it's worth staying here if you'd like to explore Krakow via public transport.The room is quite warm (not sure why it was cold for previous guests in the comments maybe that was on cold days)24 hour reception. Shower gel included. White towels and bed linens. (it is usually expected but not all hotels do have those)

Remote control for TV is partially broken (wasn't able to change channels so had to watch the one that was already there), no slippers and no water provided (which is not required but would be great to have)

Friendly personnel. Good breakfast. Good parking. Close to the autobahn.

The heating battery temperature control did not work.

The smell of urine in the en-suite bathroom and the no dogs policy. When I explained that my dog was a Disability Assistance Animal the staff conferred with each other and agreed to let me stay, but really this legal requirement should be known and disabled people with Assistance Animals should be expected / welcomed.

rooms were dissapointing, had a hole in wall shower didnt have one side of the door. Preakfast was poor.

It was at a location very convenient for our trip.

Breakfast was not good, no selection. The room was very basic, beds were average.

Nothing. In pictures was different rooms (both) and in reality they gived different rooms.

They lied about rooms / conditions. It was business trip and we slept in the roof

Reception staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. It is possible to buy soft drinks at front desk even in the night time.

Maid entered room without knocking. I was preparing myself to leave so it was not a problem but still it shouldn't happen.

The room was dirty, broken glass on floor, dryer wasn’t working and the walls were dirty

Hotel is nice, clean and the house is new.

Stuff could speak english.
