Staff is friendly, room size is great, fresh tea & water every day, kettle, safe.

Sauna didn't work even though it is one of the features. The walls between rooms are very thin, so it was extremely easy to hear people talking and snoring in other rooms. Breakfasts were okayish but didn't taste great compared to similar priced hotels. The selection of warm food was really poor. Location is iffy if you are traveling to visit krakow as a tourist. The trip to center will likely take 30+ mins.Also, there is no fridge in the room for some reason.

The bad soundproof of the rooms. We had to wake up early in the moning along with other clients due to the loud noise of their voices (they were just speaking normal to each other).

Nice environment and many trees are surrounding the hotel

Internet connection was very poor, very slow and disconnecting many times automatically.

Breakfast was ok, but issue was with cleanness - they do make daily glass and others

Disappointing stay overall

A spa without a spa. Ridiculously, there was no jacuzzi or a sauna in a spa resort. There was no treatments included with the stay and the room was tiny and tight. The shower was missing shower gel and the staff is rather uptight. The treatment prices are overinflated and the location is very poor (15 minute walk from the nearest public transport). Luckily it was only a one night stay as a test during our trip and we will not be coming back.

Rooms were nice and big with nice decor. Nice open area, ample of parking place. Spa services are really good.

Could be more indoor facilities for kids to play. Also, the breakfast could be slightly better.

Wonderful park around the hotel. Good breakfast. Spacious rooms. Quiet surroundings and walking distance to tram line. Ideal for traveling by car.

Property was great, breakfast was good.Unfortunately no lift so abit of an issue with luggage.

Great apartment, tasty breakfast and perfect proximity to both Sanctuariums (but not the city center)

Located in green arrea. Breakfast was good. Own parking. Very good option for visitors travelling by car. There is also variety of SPA procedures, but I didn't have time to try.

There is no elevator. For me it was fine but for someone it might be a challenge. At least I didn't find it

Spa was fully booked & Closed on the next day.

There is free parking.Comfortable bed, large room with air conditioning.

There is no electricity by the bed to charge the phone.Breakfast that does not match the level of the hotel, is modest and of insufficient quality.

The size of the room, balcony, parking, quiet area, beds, shower all good. Friendly reception. Very good breakfast. There’s also a shopping center nearby. We uber-ed to the old city center and the cost was ok. Expect a 20 min ride, but this because there is traffic and thankfully you’re not driving :))

All was good. Looks retro but is renovated. Hotel is really cool. You get a spy movie vibe. With marble and stuff.

Rooms are nice and clean. There is a big parking and a playing ground in front oh the hotel.

Probably the ratio between the price and what you get is a little bit to high. But this is everyone's choise.

Comfortable beds, good location, nice garden. Nice choice for a one night stay.

No lift, but not a problem if traveling light. Breakfast didn't have a lot of options. No baby changing rooms in the lobby.

Nice, clean, and quiet place. The room was perfect for 2 adults and two children. Also there is a park and a playground for kids

Minibars appears to be unchecked when rooms are being cleaned. One of our rooms (we had more rooms) had the minibar completely empty, other room had some leftover from previous guests...

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. Free parking was provided and the kids playing yard was good .

The location was bit far from the centre.

No really spa, as it did not have steam room, swimming pool etc.
