Staff, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

A wonderful location with a good View to the river and awesome boardwalk. The personal is very polite. A good place to start the sightseeing in Krakow. Thanks to the team of Hotel pod wawelem.

The breakfast was nice and the room was clean. Everything was fine .

I would prefer one bigger blanket instead of two small ones on the bed.

Perfect location to castle and river walk area. Very convenient and easy walk to Old Town, but much quieter for sleeping. All staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. Loved the big pillows in the room. Very clean.

A terrible experience. The furniture was worn out. The room was tiny and the bed even tinier. I felt depressed just being there I couldn't stay except that one night and had to miss out on the remaining 6 nights. The property won't care to refund anything infact the booking itself started as 'book with commitment to pay' then I was shocked minutes later that the amount was fully charged to my card with no turning back. Any business who has zero tolerance for cancellation is a red Flag. Staff depends, 2 were friendly however one was extremely rude.

Location is great. Corner room has a great view. Size of the room was good and facilities - tea in the room. Breakfast was fine.

Generally bathroom was used. The light in the bathroom was not enough. There was renovation happening in the morning - the noises.

Staff in the hotel were excellent really welcoming and helpful suggesting places to see and were a pleasure to speak to everyday. The hotel is situated in an excellent spot next to the river and Castle meaning you can't see lots of sites with only 10 to 15 mins walk. I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff.The roof top bar gives fabulous views of Krakow.I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Nothing I have no complaints at all about this hotel and would definitely choose for a future stay in Krakow

Staff were really nice and with a sense of humour. The view from level 6 was lovely. Hotel is around 15 minutes from the square.

Room is really small. Seemed bigger from the pictures. I found it a bit castrophobic. Cleaning needs to be better.

Breakfast was very delicious. Good location from the main square. From Wavel tram station, 8 minutes walking. Calm and peace area, even not far away from the city center.

Room No.201's toilet was not good. In order to flush the toilet, we had to push the flush button strongly. I hope the hotel would fix the toilet very soon.

Had issues with the heating in the room but the staff managed to resolve it pretty quickly and were super kind.

Our room was a very comfortable room with a great panoramic view of the river and to the famous castle of Krakow. room was very clean and comfortable. It is our second stay in this hotel, and it seems we shall keep returning to this hotel. Also, breakfast was great and delicious. I almost forgot to mention hotel is very close to Christmas market and to the old city.
