Amber Boutique Hotels - Hotel Amber

Great last-minute stay. Staff very helpful & offered tips of things to see, do while in Krakow. Great property, clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet.

No complaints.

Breakfast was excellent. Very close to city center. Clean sheets, clean room. Staff was great very polite and helpful. Also great service. Would recommend to everyone

The price could have been a bit more affordable, could hear a bit of the other noises from the rooms next to ours but did not create a huge problem.

Staff so nice and kind.

Elevator little slow. No patio or balcony.

The location of the hotel is very near to the center, in a quiet street.

The Breakfast was good and adequate but did not inclue enough options for those who do noy eat dairy. The room was spaciouse and comfortabke but decorated in an old fashion manner.

Beautiful hotel with a kind and attentive staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms .

We enjoyed this hotel very much. The room was spacious and located a 5 minute walk from the center. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent. We took a tour that we booked through the hotel website to the Salt Mines and Auschwitz and we were picked up in front of the hotel which was convenient. They also had a vodka tasting nightly which was a nice touch. They also had plenty of games and puzzles that we utilized when it was raining heavily.

The staff was very helpful and spoke English. Had breakfast, they called for our taxis, as well as help us translate with event coordinators. Also very clean.

Tv was way to small, and outdated.

Lovely small hotel in an excellent location. Loved the quietness, especially at night.Spotlessly clean. All the staff we met were professional but very friendly and helpful.Lovely size room for a city, and the bed was very comfortable.Great value for money.Good breakfast buffet.Would definitely recommend staying here, we will be back!

Nothing not to like, although I would have liked to have toast for breakfast but that's a very minor point.

Very comfortable bed, all the amenities you need, big windows you can open, reading lamps on both sides of the bed, many breakfast selections, vodka tasting at night.

Breakfast is extensive and very nice. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful

Hotel Amber is very well located, the room is comfortable and the breakfast delicious.

The pleasant staff and excellent breakfast and great location, 5 min walk to the old town market square.

All good

CleanComfortableClose to the centerAmazing included breakfastAmazing staff

Absolutely nothing

Great Location, Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was a very good variety of fresh food, room was spotless and roomy.

Location was great. The reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous.

A two slice toaster is not adequate at breakfast. More variety of eggs (only scrambled during our stay). Otherwise ok.

A nicely renovated and comfortable hotel - better than a chain hotel. The location, in a quiet street just 5 minutes from Krakow's main square is ideal. Without exception, all staff members were really polite and helpful - we just couldn't have asked for better.

The breakfast is good, perhaps not exceptonal, but given how good everything else was we can't give less than the maximum 5 stars.

Staff wonderful, very clean hotel, 10 mins from old Town walking. Many places to eat /drink nearby. I would stay again as a couple with bigger room.

I felt the breakfast could have had more continental items available.I was a solo traveller, bed was a double but room very small.

Excellent Hotel and location. 5 minutes walk to old town. Very good buffet breakfast and exceptional staff. Would definitely go back. We had six rooms

We stayed here for 5 night.Wonderful hotel, with great value for the price?Good solid breakfast everyday from 7 til 10.☀️They where so nice and helpful, big thanks to Sandra and Emilia for being so great on our last day and making our checkout a breeze ❤️And a thanks to the guy (new staff) (sorry didn't get your name) that Friday morning told us to go Okraglak and try the baguette, we had a good trip? The hotels has a great placement and we could walk to every thing (farthest we went was about 30 min om fod) We went go the termy bath 2 hours away by car, that was not worth is.But every thing else was perfect.Very nice room, not noise, soft bed, good bedding and a decent shower. Thanks for this time, if we come to Krakow again we would definitely stay here again ❤️?

We had a three night stay and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The staff were all so friendly i.e. reception, housekeeping, breakfast people and couldn't do enough to make us feel very welcome. The breakfast was great, as was the room. The location is perfect for getting into the Old Town, only a 5 to 10 minute walk. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
