    Pros +

    • It is modest but reasonably priced. The location is excellent for our needs. The breakfast is very good and convenient if one doesn't want to search elsewhere for a breakfast. The desk personnel were helpful and.
    • Everything , nice room , good price
    • The room was warm, and the pillows were decent. They had nice peppermint tea.

    Cons -

    • Not accepting my reservation, but changing to their fit
    • The hotel rooms are small, old, dark and cold (the electric heating device is not efficient at all). We ordered family room with 2 double beds, we expected spacious room, but it was so small. Furniture, carpets and curtains are shabby and dirty. The hotel has no reception and most importantly - it has no luggage storage. Breakfast is continental, unfortunately it has no buffet breakfast.I would not recommend this hotel at all.
    • Wish it was a little closer to old town

The room was warm, and the pillows were decent. They had nice peppermint tea.

We never saw one staff member aside from restaurant staff. It is pretty much self serve. The carpets were quite dirty and the bathroom sink was not cleaned well. Toiletries were very basic, small bar of soap, small pkg of shampoo. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet instead we had to order one item off the menu and one drink. The food was tasty ,but I think they should offer both a hot and cold beverage since we were not getting the promised buffet which we paid extra for. She did bring me toast with my omelette even though it is not normally served with the item.

The room was carpeted and upgraded in the old Jewish quarters. The location was good and had a lot of history. Only a short walk to the town center and the castle.

The beds were hard, pillows were extremely soft, a water leak in the middle of the night, yellow water from the tap, and it was undrinkable.

It's hard to beat the location of this hotel, right in the center of Kazimierz, with easy access to major tram and bus lines (including direct trams from the main train station) and walking distance to all major sites. The room was spacious, with the windows overlooking the bustling Józefa Street. The hotel was clean and quiet. I appreciated the water station on my floor. It didn't register in my head until I got there that the hotel doesn't have reception staff and there's no luggage storage, so something to be mindful of. It wasn't super smooth to get the key from the locker, but luckily there's someone on call to assist. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again.

The hotel staff could look into a funny smell in the bathroom, probably coming from the sewer. So, it was necessary to keep the door closed. Other than that, everything was fine.

    Great location Clean rooms

No staff at all There were no amenities No holding bags while waiting for checking in. They need at least a closet or locker available. That would be nice for future clients

The hotel is in the old Jewish area. You walk out the door and you have so many choices for eating. ATM outside. Cute little local stores. Heaps of history. Rooms are a little tired but have everything you need. Clean bathroom. Kettle. Secure.

No one in reception. You have to message the hotel with queries or requests. They are prompt but nothing beats talking to a knowledgeable person. It's loud at night in the neighborhood and especially at weekend because there are so many eateries and bars.

The location was really good.Could get around everywhere, even with tour buses. Many good restaurants all around, and even tough to get in if you did not have a reservation.

The breakfast was not exceptional. Bread very hard to cut, but I was expecting a little better. Not use to a hotel reception desk without anyone, if assistance needed but this is my fault for not picking this up in description. When code to enter premises not working, we tried calling their number and no one answered.Luckily someone let us in.Beds not too comfortable, but hotel priced below more expensive hotels, so each his choice.

A great value stay. I needed to get in early due to changed plans, and they were immediately responsive and did everything they could to accommodate me, which made everything much better.

Close to trains and local transportation, ina clean and safe area

Carpets were old and stained and triggered my allergy and asthma

    6RiinPosted on: 5-5-2025

Let me think what I did like... the room was OK.

Be aware that you do not arrive at the hotel before 15.00 You just cant enter the door! Because you will get the code few minutes before 15.00! Quite a stupid situation standing with kids and luggage on the street behind the door and waiting for the code. Thank God it was not raining and there are some cafes to kill the waiting time:) In urgent matters you can call - but then angry lady shouts on the phone " your check in begins at 15.00 then you get the code!" What a nice welcome! It would be nice to have this information provided before arrival, then I know how to plan my trip!

Location near the city center, big room and bathroom.

The room was facing the street and it was very loud in the night. Breakfast could be better.

Great location in the Jewish quarter ,near to the old city, the room was big and comfortable, nice hot shower. Breakfast was excellent.Wi-fi was fast,There was a water purification system on each floor. This is very well thought out.

    Great location!!!

Elevator was not working. I think breaksat needs improvement. Staff was really kind but we always had to ask for spoon, water, joggort, omlette. I think they were to busy with the shop they are tunning to pay attention to the guest of the hotel. Apple juice was “buffered” with water. A bit dissaponted.

    Location in Kazimierz is perfect

Had to wait 2 hours past check in time to access room , air con was basically non existent and shower head was broken

    2AlejandroPosted on: 4-21-2025

    Location is top notch

Everything else - this place is a disaster... The elevator doesn't work even though the property has 4 floors! Hot water stops working, sometimes comes out yellow, NO air condition, they DON'T clean the rooms while you are there, there are NO workers at the helpdesk, the room is completely carpeted and the carpet is absolutely disgusting!STAY AWAY from this property

    5LiliiaPosted on: 4-20-2025

    Perfect location.The room was small.

The lift was out of order and we got a room on the 4th floor. No staff can help with the luggage.

Perfect location in the heart of Kazimierz quarter. Rich breakfast.

Aircondition doesn't work, it was incredibly warm inside. Our apartment was on the forth floor, but elevator was out of operation.
