Cons -
- The suite we had was beautiful & luxurious, with a platform bed. Not a great choice for a couple over 60 with a bathroom run at night.
- Uncomfortable bathroom.
- There was a fair amount of disparity between different rooms that were supposed the same type

Nothjng
The room and the staff were fantastic no complaints at all , the location is very very good , the room was ok and friendly equipped. The staff helped us a lot with Iron Men race , they were very helpfull.
Sorry about the mix-up with breakfast — I hope you can accept my apology.
Excellent location. Manager was beyond helpful. Beautiful hotel.
Not the hotels fault but road construction was going on
The hotel was on the street voted the most beautiful in Krakow. It was right off the main square on the "Royal Walk" from the castle to the church with all historic buildings lining the street The hotel had 20 beautiful rooms and, on top of it,the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. There is even a Michelin star restaurant on site. Beyond this restaurant there are several other fine restaurants within a few minutes walk as well. It is an exceptional value, and I would stay there again if I return to Krakow
Not a thing
Everything about the property was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious and amenities were more than we could ask for. Spa facilities were amazing, location was very central and convenient, and hotel staff very helpful/kind.
There was one day where construction outside the hotel caused our water to be turned off for a short duration. Unfortunately it was at a time we intended to shower before dinner and we never got notice of this from the hotel beforehand so it was a slight inconvenience, but possible they weren’t forewarned either. This was a very small inconvenience though. Overall the hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. Value was great.
brilliant location, fantastic staff - couldn’t do enough, spa facilities were impressive (sauna and relaxation particularly) rooms were spacious and bathrooms fab.
breakfast wasn’t as good as i expected. needs more of a buffet - but if you ask they are happy to give you things not on the menu. the walkway above the pool isn’t great - even tho it has slip pads it’s not the best and juts out over the pool.
Amazing venue and comfort. Close to everything in Oldtown. Quiet area in the evenings.
Breakfast was not impressive. Nothing exciting.
I liked the location and staff. The elevator was beautiful.
The pool is not safe enough, the glass bridge needs a non-slip strip that is see through. It was very slippery. The mattress was clumpy
Everything about the property is perfect. The location is central to everything. The physical amenities were amazing. Staff was exceptional. Especially kudos to Joanna, general manager
I liked everything.
This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The service was outstanding, and the location was perfect in Krakow. All of the staff could not have been more helpful and so very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Krakow. The Spa was lovely and offered a wide variety of services. I had the body exfoliation using salt from the Salt Mines and it was spectacular!Food in the hotel was delicious. And the breakfast menu superb.
The hotel was perfect!
Location of the hotel to the city centre was great; I was pleased we were not too close to the main street which tended to be noisy in the evening and particularly at weekends, however it was ideally sited to enable you to easily walk into town.I had a wonderful facial and deep tissue massage in the Spa courtesy of Isabella. She was friendly and extremely skilled. I left feeling completely pampered. Thank you Isabella. Our flight was on time but due to a backlog in passport control and very few passport officials, it was some time before we actually left the airport. Thankfully our driver Jacob (arranged by the hotel) was still waiting for us. Very much appreciated.
On the whole the staff at the hotel were helpful however I think some in the restaurant could have been more welcoming; there was a distinct difference in how we were received in comparison to a couple of ladies who sat on the table next to ours, who spoke polish! I appreciate the language difficulties; my attempts at saying good morning and thankyou appeared to fall on deaf ears, but perhaps my pronunciation is to blame. Whatever, just a few smiles would have helped. Consequently we chose to eat out elsewhere in the evening.
Everythings is Amazing , great location just 3/5 mins to Wawel Castle and just 2 mins to main street of Old Town and quiet as well.Room is so cosy nice and clean.
only 1 thing is the Pillows are too soft
The cellar pool and spa
A little noise from the breakfast area and music if you plan on lying inn form the 1st floor
Perfect location and lovely spa
Struggled to work out the heating system
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location - right beside the castle and only ten mins walk to the Old Town Square. Quiet area - a pedestrianized street so no noise at all. The staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and copious. The bedroom was spotless, beautifully furnished and comfortable. I honestly can't say enough about this lovely hotel. I will definitely be back.
Nothing at all - no faults.
The staff were excellent food was good and the building and location are fantastic
