Near train station,clean but they will not provide toothpaste and brush and shaving kits ,others are ok

Lovely Hotel in the Heart of KrakowI had a great stay at this hotel during my visit to Krakow. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town and nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. The staff was helpful and courteous, always willing to assist with any questions. Breakfast offered a nice selection to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Krakow!

great location, service and very, very cool breakfasts

It's a beautiful hotel, but there's a strange smell at the entrance, like from the sewer. It spoils the impression. I hope you'll fix it next year when we come back.

Very nice hotel located close to the main train/bus station and the old town. Room and bathroom were very spacious for a solo traveller and everything was very clean. Didn't get breakfast so can't comment on that. Would stay here if ever in Kraków again

Everything was good.The room for disable was suspicious , clean and warm.All opportunities were made comfortable rest. Location is super-walking around centre

The hotel was great, good value for money, close to the main railway station, the new and the old town, not far from the Wenzels Square. Lots of shops nearby and affordable restaurants with Czech cuisine. I would use the hotel again for another stay in Prague.

Location, stuff

The suite I was staying in was worn out. There was no fridge or kettle, and the bedroom lacked a door. The toilet was all the way near the entrance, so if you had to get up at night, you'd need to walk through the entire apartment to reach the bathroom.

It is in an excellent location very close to the main square and located on another little square with a couple of nice restaurants and a lovely local bar.

It is starting to look a bit tired inside but this didn’t affect our stay as it still has comfortable beds.

Perfect location. Extremely close to train station and mall. Stores and food all close to the hotel, old town is an easy walk away.

Pillows were uncomfortable, no soap dispenser/tray in the shower, bad smell in the room, curtains did not provide good darkness

Location is excellent

Staff did not even greet me, neither coming or leaving the hotel. The guy just stood there waiting for me to hand him my passport for check in and handed me the room keys. Not one word of welcome or have a nice stay. Customer service is still a thing people. Also my room key was cut off from 10:30 even though check out was 12 o clock.

Nice breakfast, close to all atractions and transport hubs.
