Wentzl is a historical hotel, housed in a 15th-century tenement on the Main Market Square in Kraków. It offers luxurious rooms with unforgettable views of the Old Town and free Wi-Fi. - The absolute best location, right on the historic square. The hotel is old and sort of creaky, but that adds to the charm. Bathroom was fully modern and the breakfast was good. The solitary guy at the front desk was very nice.

- The tv was tiny, but who cares. I didn?t go there to watch TV. You?re right in the central historic area, and if you get a deluxe room, your window will look on the historic plaza and the beautiful cathedral.

We had to change our bedroom arriving late afternoon, because toilet was faulty and not checked before our arrival.Breakfasts consist of food from a day or two before, definitely not fresh and not appetising. Verging on health hazard: tepid sausages/potato cakes/mushrooms were served from broken heating machine which wasn’t repaired for 3 days after our initial day one complaint. Serving staff nice but helpless, their managers not particularly interested.

It was so central to everything and a fantastic view from our room to the market square and concert for the lighting of the Christmas tree
Perfect location to center square, wonderful food from the restaurant, room was very tight to move about.
Taking a shower we had created a lake of water around the toilet each time in use as the water had no way to find a drain. we used up all the towels to soak up the water and now no more towels and still water all around the toilet

The hotel is located in a perfect spot on the quiet south-side of the square. All the highest rated restaurants were so close by. Goulash bread bowl is an absolute must.
