The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and warm. The bathroom very functional.
The breakfast was poor. The bed was small for two people and the covers were single instead of double.
Its a great friendly place. Staff was helpful , breakfast is decent, serving segafredo coffee in three star hotel is something you dont see often, Variety of food , fruits and sweets. We came very early , I was panning just to leave luggage and go out but they let us check in at 9am .If Krakow sees me again then this will be a place to sleep again
Very close to the Christmas markets, rooms were spotless and plenty of space.
Breakfast wasn’t the best. It was ok, but boring special
Great location and friendly staff
It was very noisy during our stay.
Centrally located property - close to the Old Town. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed.
The hotel is very good and located very close to the city center. For a three-star hotel, it’s excellent — some four-star hotels are even worse. There’s no need to pay extra for a king-size bed, as all beds are 160 cm wide. Overall, it’s a really nice hotel.
Excellent location, everything accessible on foot. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Nothing to complain. If you are staying in Krakow and do not want to spend a lot, this is the place.
The location was convenient, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy, perfect for our trip!
Great location - just outside the centre but very walkable.Exceptionally clean.Comfortable rooms.Really helpful staff.Highly recommended.
The location was perfect staff very friendly and helpful lovely choice of breakfast bed so so comfy room spotless
Nothing everything was perfect
Location, and that's all
The bed...very small...very old...doesn't fit 2 adults, the room was also very small
Great location, very comfortable hotel and nice relaxed vibe to it.The selection of food for breakfast in the dining area was exceptional and the staff were helpful and patient. The outdoor courtyard is a lovely option and the reception area is cosy. All the staff were helpful, particularly the cleaning surpervisor lady, when I was finding it difficult to figure out the knack of opening and closing the windows and operating the air con. she took the time to explain and help me out.
No dislikes at all.
