About

Hotel Eden occupies a carefully restored 15th-century building in the heart of Kazimierz, Krakow's old Jewish Quarter. It offers a mikveh (Jewish ritual bath), spa facilities and free Wi-Fi. This is the former home of Isaac Jakubowicz, founder of the Isaac Synagogue. Sauna, massage treatments and a salt grotto are at your disposal. The staff will be happy to help with car rental, excursion bookings and local information. Wawel Hill and Krakow's Main Market Square are 17 minutes' walk away. The railway and bus stations are easily accessible by bus, taxi or on foot. A guarded parking is available at a surcharge 492 feet from the hotel.

    • Great hotel in the Kazimierz area of Kraków. Staff very friendly on check-in and at breakfast. Room was clean, warm and spacious for a solo traveller. It's around 20 minutes walk into the Old Town and main square but there's a tram a few minutes walk from the hotel that brings you straight into the old town/train station area. Breakfast was excellent with good choices of hot and cold foods. Would definitely recommend if staying in Kraków
    • The hotel is in a good neighbourhood, close to restaurants and sightseeing. Breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable.
    • Excellent location for what we wanted to do. Near to tram, plenty of bars and eateries nearbyStaff friendly good choice at breakfast

    Cons -

    • As a couple it’s not ideal because the (single) beds are on opposite sides of the room. The hotel could use a glow-up on some parts.
    • Nothing. Good value for what we paid
    • It was a lovely property in the Jewish quarter

Excellent location, charming older hotel with authentic character, and clean rooms.

The floors are creaky: when neighbors walk around, it feels like they are walking through your room. At night, it can be quite spooky.Вreakfast is basic but enough to start the day.

Location, friendly staff and lovely breakfast

Comfortable bed, clean room and position close to city center

    8CcPosted on: 12-21-2025

The rooms were traditional but very clean. Good spacious bathroom. The rooms are only cleaned when you request it, but that was OK with us. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice. It was quiet. The location was great for us.

Most of the staff were lovely, but just one of the reception staff was miserable. She made you feel unwelcome and like we were putting her p out, despite us being over polite and trying to strike up conversation. However the rest of the staff were lovely. It wouldn't put us off staying again.

The breakfast was excellent.I found the location was a little far from the main square but within walking distance.Perhaps we should have asked the excellent receptionists for directions

    Nothing All was excellent

Had a fridge and the bathroom seemed relatively new, had really hot water and good heating inside the room and bathroom. Bedding was clean. Breakfast staff seemed the nicest. Was opened the door for check in by the grumpiest guy ever, I get it’s late when we checked in, but I did give them a heads up about it. Absolutely loved the location, close to everything and anything, pubs, restaurants and shops

All the furniture apart from the bed frame was old, doors creaked and didn’t stay closed. Didn’t seem clean with old lamps across the room. Would prefer to have less furniture than all the ones in the room for no reason that I will never use. Sockets falling out of the falls. Only shower gel in the shower, no hand soap or other amenities apart from a hair cap. Booked this hotel for the ‘exceptional breakfast’ being advertised, felt catfished because was the breakfast fresh and there was SOME cold food variety? Yes. Only 3 hot dishes. And was it exceptional? Definitely not.

Very good breakfast. I stayed in a room with 2 single bed and the size was amazing. Good shower. Everything very clean. But you need to ask at the reception to clean your room otherwise they do not clean. Good restaurants nearby. Everything possible to do by walking

Cosy, great location in the Casimir district, delicious breakfasts and friendly staff.
